What are cold sweat dreams about?

TW: Rape and Incest

In this dream, I raped my niece on a park bench. I don't know why this happened, I would never do anything like that to anyone, let alone my niece who is still in diapers. In the dream I was caught and shamed, but for some reason I felt it as me, not the me that did the action in the dream but the real me, I woke up in a cold sweat.

I wish I could erase this nightmare from my mind, I feel so gross.

The reason I bring this up is more so due to how I react to it, I awaken each time as though it was a horrible nightmare, panicking and drenched in cold sweat.

I had it recently and I cant get it out of my mind now.

Any guidance will be appreciate as I do not having even in inkling of an idea what it means.

i had this fever dream once when i had a high fever. it was rather traumatizing:

i get up from my bed, as i immediately realize this is not my bed. i walk around my room, knowing full-well that it is not my room.it's just one of those feelings of everything looking normal, but one detail being off. like your previously red wall paint now has suddenly became a different shade of red. or maybe your desk is slightly rotated to the left... it's an eerie feeling you get from something familiar, yet not normal.

as i leave my room that isn't actually mine, i go into a hallway that looks exactly like the one outside my actual room.well, other than the fact it seems absolutely endless.

i begin walking down the endless hallway that isn't actually my own hallway. i eventually end up in front of a mirror, staring at my own reflection.i change my facial expression a couple of times, check out and fix my awful bed hair. a normal person would think that it's weird to do so when i'm full aware of that being not my reflection either.

it's not moving according to my own movements. on the contrary, i am the reflection here, even if i know i'm not. but something forces me to move like a puppet, obeying "my reflection".

it seems that me being aware of this whole situation angered the "reflection". so it raises my right hand and mercilessly uses my own fingers to dig into my left arm. i cannot resist, hell, i can't even scream in pain. it won't let me... i move according to it, after all.if it does not scream, i cannot either. but i do feel pain. my arm is sending endless pain signals to my brain. every single reflex in my body screams to stop this torture. but i cannot...

after a lengthy "digging" session, my left arm is completely covered in blood. so the "reflection" forces me to grab onto one of my veins, and then yanks it out. my brain gives into the fatigue and loss of blood.and so i feint. or die... i don't know.i wake up in a cold sweat.

i never want to dream again.

I had a dream that started at a young adult science fair, but on a national level. I was helping this young man and woman connect romantically (if I recognized them at all from real life, I've forgotten). After the competition had ended and the young woman had won, the young man being the runner up, and they had really clicked, we began to walk around the establishment, which looked to be pieced together from big plywood sheets, most of which were graffitied.

We walked into a room with a large television where a tall eastern European basketball player who vaguely looked like Boban Marjanovic (spl?) was watching multiple short clips of people either dislocating or relocating their shoulders. He seemed confused and I asked him to stop on a clip so that I could explain how this guy was relocating his arm (irl me had 20+ dislocations of my right shoulder before getting surgery, so I know how to do it).

As a started to explain to him, I bit down hard on my own teeth for no reason, and large sections of 4 or so teeth, still attached to what looked like my jaw, started to fall out of my mouth into the palms of my hands. There was metal fillings which I don't actually have comprising some of the almost totally rotten teeth. I woke up in a cold sweat.

I had this lucid dream a couple years ago and i still remember it moment for moment, it's haunted me ever since i had it.

So it was a normal dream like any other i was at the Dinner table with my family but they were speaking a language i couldn't understand, this was when i realized i was dreaming. So once i determined i was lucid i stepped outside of the house and decided to test it, so I made myself jump extremely high I'd say around 200M into the sky and landed with no injuries, this was when i got the idea. I wanted to see God. So i closed my eyes and jumped again and there he was, he was a giant head floating in the sky looked like a cross between the brain trainer guy from the old DS games and Mr clean and he was crying, not like a few tears it was coming out of his eyes like waterfalls. I then felt a overwhelming sadness from within me and i couldn't feel from my stomach down, i started to fall and that's when i woke up in a cold sweat crying.

What does this mean, its haunted me for a long time now and i just want to know what it means.
