What are Fiji dreams about?

There is a specific part of my dream last night, I drank from a fiji bottle of water and I felt a sting in my brain and a terrible chemical flavor that I can best describe as when I smell the hair dye my mom used to use that always gave me headaches.
After that my dream actually was normal but then I woke up which happens often to pee but I still felt the headache and dizzy I only took melatonin pills which I always take so I dont think it was any real thing I took and Im pretty sure its all in my head I still feel a bit nauseous but not as bad and Im wondering if anyone has felt anything similar.
I also have another theory... that night I accidentally hurt my dogs paw and he wouldnt let me check it (hes fine) I gave up and went to sleep could it might be unconscious anxiety? Before that my other dog also hurt her leg about a year ago (shes also fine, she just had a random cramp on her leg) that night I woke up with my leg intensely hurting but it went away completely by morning I thought it was interesting and only makes me believe my anxiety theory even more.

it was almost like a hunger games sort of thing, there was this starting area, which i didnt see much of, but kind of looked like a cafeteria/bar type thing, then now and then trains came which you could jump on, because the goal was to get to the end, which was for some reason at the foot of mount fiji, which looked really cool {i think it was mount fiji because i saw alot of fiji water bottles that day) and i don't know why, but you had to kill the other people that tried to get there, and there were various routes, but it was like the floor of pool, like tiles and very wet, also everyone was in swimming clothes. it were very tight hallways and loads of routes and little pools at the side where you could drown people (it got really vulgar) i remember standing around a corner where people couldnt see me, and watch 5 kids pass (1 was a literal monkey idk why) and then i just attacked and got one, ill leave the details out what happened then. and i remember getting to the end which was super beautiful and lush, and then me and my friend (he was suddenly there) decided to walk back. thats it. just wanted to share so i could remember this dream. you can ask some questions i left some details out
