Praying to Sun God
I had a dream i was praying to the Sun.
It seemed like the people around me who were teaching me to pray to the Sun God, were Native South Americans who laughed at me for praying "formally" to the Sun (the way Asians, or Buddhist. people do - I'm asian and pray like this)
They said the way they commune with the God of the Sun is to dance, to move our bodies.
I later found out the God of the sun is called Inti (Incan God) found in south america in places like Peru, Ecuador, Argentina...
If anyone wants to chat about this dream and symbolism, id love to hear your thoughts!

The Cycle of Rejection
In the dream I’m walking through a foreign outdoor shopping mall, apparently on a trip to somewhere unknown in Asia from the USA. Theres a few friends with me, none of which I’ve ever seen in person. Semi-confused and half lucid I just walk around the area aimlessly as this girl from our group is following close behind. Im a little nervous about walking with this person who I have never meet before but after about 10 minutes of leading her around and making light chat she comes up beside me.
In my real life I’ve been never been particularly interested in anyone romantically, but I had a love at first sight moment with this girl. Very understated beauty and her smile made me feel good, she was certainly interested in me. All nervousness was gone and I proceeded to have a wonderful date with her as we flirted. She tells me shes from Peru and has never been been to the United States. Its getting late so I end up walking her to a cab and she meets her friend.
Both of them are about to get into the cab when it dawns on me that I’m never going to see this woman again. I ask her for her number but her friend hated me for some reason and whisks her away and they both leave.
Thats when the next cab comes, the driver is a man in his late 30s. I see him fixing something on the side of the road and go to help him. Now its suddenly daytime and we’re still on the side of the road working on some big crane lift like what a lineman would use. He shows me all these very alien looking tools and tells me to just have fun and play around with them to see how they work. One was a very large nail gun that shot fully automatic and he controlled the crane so that I was flying around like a carnival ride and shooting at targets with it. He invites me to come to his property as he says he has a bunch of cars and such so I accept.
He lives on a massive plantation, and we have fun doing various things like fishing, working on and driving cars. I ask if he has any dirtbikes since its been years since the last time ive ridden one. We go into his garage and there isn’t anything there. I go into his house but now the rooms are layed out in such a way that it is very disorienting to know what direction you’re in. I get the feeling that he wants more to do with me and I reject his advances. Now looking for an escape plan and a way to get home I ditch out on him while he’s taking a shower. When i get outside I realize that I am still very far from being in my home state, this scares me enough to wake me up.
Not the most interesting dream ever, but I felt like it was almost a life lesson about themes of rejection. I was both rejected and the rejector.

Dream about ex..... Now what?
Last night I had a dream about an ex.. I'll call him M. The dream started in I think Peru(never been). We didn't see each other at first but I knew he was there. I was traveling with my husband. I'll call him S. So S and I were having a wonderful time exploring, shopping, and doing couple things. A storm came we got separated. Then in the aftermath M finds me at a shelter while everyone waits out the storm. I don't really talk to him but he sits next to me. Tries to comfort me and I still don't speak to him. M says everything will be ok. A few days pass in the shelter and S hasn't shown up. I start to worry. M holds my hand and talks about the good ol days in college. Then S walks in and sees. He immediately walks away. I try to follow but M won't let go of my hand and says you know what this means. He has a sad look on his face.... No I don't. To clarify something: me and S have been married for almost 10 yrs. Ups and downs like everyone but we are very happy. I cut communication off with M a while ago bc he was not a good influence on me at all. Not to say he is a bad person. We just shouldn't talk. I'm having trouble understanding what is happening in my head and body that I had this dream... HELP!!!

Share a dream that felt too real, or really made you think.
Had a dream a few weeks ago that really stuck with me, and since then I've learned to appreciate the things I currently have.
Woke up in terror as I had dreamt that my whole life turned out to be a dream, and I woke up as a 7 year old version of myself. I am 30 now, so between now and back then, this means I would have remained an only child, never met my wife, or had gone through any of my experiences. I vividly remember asking my mother where my brother was, and she mentioned that I had no siblings yet. My parents had him when I was 9.
Ironically, my best friend (and wife's cousin) had slept over in my dream. When he woke up, I asked him about my wife and the first thing he asked me was "that's my cousin, how do you know her?" (My wife is from Peru and we had not met until we were 20 years old).
Everything felt so real. Pop culture and everything was back to what it once was. And I honestly felt like I had stepped into the future...but yet I was in the past.... Clearly and based on my friend's response, my wife did exist in this "universe", and I would assume that my parents would eventually have had my brother. As a 90s baby, I am BIG on nostalgia, and I find myself, like many others, wishing we could just go back in time to experience it again. Well I got a small taste of it and it was honestly quite scary how real it felt.
It was the first time I experienced a "dream within a dream" and for a second there I thought I was trapped. Like I was in a coma or something. But that whole day once I actually woke up, I could not stop thinking about it. I accept now that the past is the past, and I'm even more grateful for things I have in my life.
