What are possible meanings for dreams of cocaine?

It can symbolize something addictive. See: Addicts

It can symbolize something you can’t control or change.

It can symbolize something that invites trouble into your life.

For people who’ve never done cocaine, and it hasn’t played a part in their life, it has to be symbolism. The key is to figure out what sort of comparison is made to cocaine, and associations with it.

For example, a man dreams that another man pressures him to use cocaine. The dreamer says no several times, but the other man keeps pushing it on him and finally the dreamer relents and takes the cocaine. It makes him feel high. He’s never actually done cocaine.

The dream connects with an experience the night before the dream. The man dropped into a convenience store and saw a particular doughnut for sale that tempted him. He passed by it a few times, each time telling himself no, he won’t buy it. But finally he gives in, buys the doughnut and eats it. His dream symbolizes the doughnut as cocaine, and the man who pushes it on him symbolizes the voice of temptation. The sugar rush he gets from eating the doughnut is compared by the dream to cocaine.

Pregant cat and betrayal from an old weed dealer.

I dont dream often, if ever. To say i remember dreaming one night a month would still be overly generous. A couple nights ago i had a weirdly vivid multi part dream.

I dreamt that my youngest cat was pregnant. She was laying in the floor, not doing much else and despite no physical appearance of such it was obvious she was pregnant.

Later in the dream i was betrayed by a former weed dealer. This part is especially weird because he gave me cocaine that was stolen from a cartel who hunted me down. In the same dream i was chastised by someone for buying shake and being okay with it, the dream figure was telling me that i shouldnt settle for less.

I have a relationship that i wonder if im settling for. By all accounts i should be happy and throw myself into it but there is this nagging feeling i cant shake. Idk. I welcome any and all comments.

I had a dream that I was in a casino and things took a turn in a strange direction

There I was standing at the entrance of a magnificent casino with huge lights, it was a red carpet entrance and I amongst three nameless others were the stars. The brilliant flashes and popping of the cameras of yesteryear seemed endless. Dazzling attire and marvelous sights, bright neons and the search light bouncing around the sky marking our location, all filled the air with a very exciting atmosphere.

Walking along the what appeared to be a long endless corridor crowded with people one chap with a top hat stopped and asked me "Good day sir, what brings you to tonights festivities?" Cooley slipping my sunglasses on I said In my best Jack Nicholson impersonation "The Cocaine". Taken aback the man seemed stunned at my public claim for drug usage but regained his composure. As I was stepping away I could faintly hear him yell out from the crowd "..but I do admire your honesty!"

It was apparent I was important. But who, I did not know. And why? suddenly it occurred to me I had a female companion, not a date but a friend, perhaps a co-worker or collaborator on whatever thing got us here.

She was trying to get the attention of a man, he didn't hear her over the constant roar of the crowd, but as one of his friends following behind passed us I made sure she got an introduction. Off she went With the men, presumably to enjoy the atmosphere, I watched her disappear into the crowd smiling, laughing....

Then it happened. The crowd went silent and in unison did a 180 degree turn and put masks on. All matching in step, the floor falling out to a void of oblivion behind us there was a sense that everyone knew something I did not yet I knew I must play along. "yes, I must follow this crowd because they knew what to do and when, without so much as a alarm!" I thought.

A monotone voice came over a PA system: "ALL must report to their perspective flights, they will be sealed off"

And suddenly I knew what would happen if I was sealed into a vessel. I would be gassed! They were getting rid of us! I broke free of the crowd and ran to the highest portion of the building I could find. Up an endless flight of escalators the floor now periodically falling out in front of me, and having to react quickly, jumping to solid floor to avoid falling through the random openings.

Suddenly, I was back at the time previously mentioned with my female companion. I watched her face laughing and smiling and disappear into the crowd...I knew what was coming next, a heavy pit filled my stomach. Then it came. The silence, the 180 degree turn, the masks, the marching. I did not comply...

I watched as the others marched passed me. The floor fell out into nothing, I jumped in. I fell into an endless hole of what appeared to occasionally have stone walls, geometric shapes, horns and shadows. Grabbing for anything I could only made the fall more violent, tossing me upside down and disorienting me into a state of vomit and a level of sickness not perceivable to the human psyche. Suddenly the bottom. .. No impact, just sand, forming slowly around me, swallowing any memory or thought along with my body. When it all went black I entered what was a new life. What I experienced was just a game, I knew this it was not explained it was more of a understanding. I took the virtual reality headset off and ascended to the top of the same hole by way of elevator that I had just moments ago falls for so long.

I reach the top and everything is white tile with blue glowing edges. . . Where do I go?

Then I wake up (THE END)

There I was standing at the entrance of a magnificent casino with huge lights, it was a red carpet entrance and I amongst three nameless others were the stars....

Very weird dream tbh, what does it mean?

I dreamt that I was doing drugs, specifically cocaine and it was so damn weird. Now, I am a 16 year old that has never even gotten *drunk*, and knowing me I would never do any drugs. It was such an elaborate dream though.
I remember looking in the mirror in the dream and I looked awful, and what I remember specifically is my pupils being brown in the top but fading into a very light silver. And my eyes also looked dead.

I was trying to hide this from my parents in the dream, but I remember feeling really disappointed with myself and when I woke up I felt kinda sick and weird.

I don't know what this dream means at all, but if anyone has any guesses, that would be interesting to read.

Oops, wasn't what I thought it was, I'm fucked

I dreamt that I asked a dealer for some white. With my former dealer, that was code for cocaine. So he gave me some and snorted a pretty big line. He then said "Are tou crazy!? That was fentanyl!" Whoopsy. I asked if anyone had some nalaxone and nobody did. So I said "Well I guess this is the end."

I Had The Most surreal dream About Afghanistan war

This is the most vivid and longest dream I ever had it felt like I lived through someone's experience or life who was in the Afghanistan war. The dream was soo bizarre that I had to share it with someone. I am not sure if this dream is a message or it actually happen to someone.

So it started with me in a base camp somewhere in Afghanistan, I'm not 100% sure but the base camp and surroundings look like Afghanistan. I knew we were from the US Army because everyone was wearing their gear and helmets with a USA flag on the shoulder. All of a sudden we had a group of terrorists shooting at us from the mountains, we couldn't see where it was coming from but we all took cover. We finally saw where it was coming from and we shot in that direction. All of a sudden we were surrounded by gunfire and there was no way out. They eventually took over the basecamp and killed many soldiers and took whoever survived and made them wear orange jumpsuits. They kidnapped and took us to a nearby village, they let us go in the village which is blocked off so we can't leave. We got food water the village looks like a flea market.

Later the terrorists returned and took all of us into a school bus, this is when things get intense. There was a person who was dressed as a US army who was guiding us onto the bus with the terrorist which I thought was odd and off, I had a feeling that they will kill us all on the school bus. I did the unthinkable, I sneaked to the other side of the bus to try to not go on to the bus, the terrorist who was dressed as a US army also went to the other side of the bus waiting for the terrorist to shoot everyone on the bus. The terrorist dressed in the US army uniform saw that I didn't get on the bus and was on the same side as me, he tried to get his gun out but somehow I was able to steal his gun that had a silencer on it and I ran and escaped into the village. I hid behind a wall while the terrorist was looking for me, I was able to shoot and kill a few before I ran out of ammo. I ran and hid in someone's fleamarket tent, they eventually found me as the civilian pointed out where I was. I was under a table trying to hide but one of the leaders of the terrorist saw me and ran straight to me with his gun, I was super scared as I thought this is where I'm gonna die. All of a sudden I don't know how but I had a radio on me and the US army has contacted me, I told him that the terrorist killed all of our soldiers and I'm the only one left and I told them to bring back up and drop a bomb even if it will kill me. The terrorist grab me and took me to the other survivors. At this point, I realized some people who were in the orange jump suit were also terrorist undercover as a US army.

Later one of the leaders arrived and lectured us about how much he hates and will kill the US government. At this point, the terrorist is separating us to be executed or tortured. I was really scared at this point and got Stockholm syndrome I would do anything to get out, so I agreed with the leader about the US government and the hatred I had with the US government trying to not get killed. The leader saw that I was sincere about it, so he gave me his AK and told me to shoot one of the kidnapped US soldiers in which I couldn't do. All of a sudden a bomb was dropped nearby in which I remember calling it in on the radio. At this point, the terrorist thinks that I am with them, they gave me a line of cocaine to do and it gave me energy. At this point, all of the terrorists were in a panic as the bomb was dropped and US army was coming in on planes and helicopters. As the terrorist scattered to take down the US army I was able to escape, but I got shot in the leg by the US army, This is when I removed my orange jumpsuit, under my jumpsuit I was wearing a normal army shirt and camo pants, I tried to crawl towards the plane and helicopter and tried to wave them down to get me. I don't know if I survived as this is where I woke up.

This was the longest dream I had without waking up, I believe I slept for a full 7 hours without waking up. This is the most bizarre dream I ever had, I don't know who to share this with so I decided to share it here on Reddit.

PS : I had no in-depth knowledge about the war as I am a Canadian who doesn't really pay attention to USAA media and news. This is also day 3 of me not smoking cannabis.
