What are general insect dreams about?

Hi, I’ve never really felt this taken back and shook/disturbed by a dream. It wasn’t necessarily nightmare but I can’t remember everything. I’m 22(M), engaged to my fiancé with a beautiful baby boy and our dog. I am your average midwestern person. As well, a believer of God and Jesus, but not a seriously religious individual. I fell asleep around 1:20AM and just woke up at 2:15AM. So I would assume I was in REM sleep.

So the dream goes like this:
There was something very eerie about the day it was taking place. Things weren’t right, the news and radio that was on were reporting of mass panic. I was in a weird house(not one I recognized). It was myself, my fiancé, our baby, our dog, her parents and brothers, and my mom, grandpa, uncle, aunt and cousin. Everyone was very concerned about what was going to happen. The only thing was nobody knew what was going to happen. Just this big event. I started packing my bags. A couple changes of clothes, my hiking/camping gear, my camera gear, food, etc. I seemed to be packing a bug out bag. As I am packing it, my fiancé yells at me to stop panicking and stressing because it’s making things worse. The baby starts crying and I just leave my bag and go look out the window and it’s storming still. However the door, window, and corner wall of this house had now gone missing. So I go and sit down, then the dog starts freaking out and shortly after everyone notices it. There was this white noise that was almost like a high pitch frequency that set the dog off first then people could hear it. It got more intense quickly. I immediately felt the urge to move quickly to hold my fiancé and baby tight. As I do this I felt a warm sensation as I held my fiancé, then bam I wake up.

I am not sure what any of this means. I’m now up almost an hour later, very taken back by this dream. Was it the rapture, a mass extinction event, a nuclear bomb? Regardless this dream felt extremely real. I’ve been researching bug out plans and things like that.

What does this all mean?
What would be the best resolutions to calm my nerves.

Its basically astral projection but im continuing this from another post i saw i kept reading people of seeing a forest but not knowing why, i have dreamt of the this forest everyday for the past year i think this forest is the parallel universe of earth but only things we see in our everyday lives is what we'll see there but to a quantum extent basically the enviorment is the same and the mathematics of everything but whats different is whatever me and you are seeing but more people are dreaming of this forest and I seem to protect the forest and my city with a women deity and jehovah but what i wanna know is has anyone seen a huge chinese temple tower in the middle of the city by a bug body of water?

I just woke up from a very weird dream. I switched gender and was in the army. I was during lunch break and we ate at a lake (Idk who else was there with me, but I wasnt alone).

I was dipping my lunch in the lake, because it was healthy? I remember vividly that I ate bugs and flies with my food, gross yes. But for some reason this was awfully detailed in my dream.
That went on for so long and my lunch kept changing and then suddenly a bee landed on my finger. I tried to shake it off, but it didnt bugs off so I tried to push it by its butt.

Then suddenly it attacked me and more joined while I tried to avoid getting stung. I remember as first bee stung me, feeling it rattling my whole body and I woke up abruptly.

My 2h sleep has been ruined and Im forced to start the day after bees assaulting me.

In my dream I walked into my bathroom and saw a bug flying and it was carrying a tarantula. When I walked in the big vanished into thin Air dropping the spider on its back. The tarantula was also a deep brown color of that make any difference

It was a sunny but mild day on the beach, and I had no legs.

I was running around on my hands. I'm lightweight and I'd do that often if my useless leg and useless-by-proxy leg weren't in the way. But they were magically gone (good thing it wasn't a dream about using a kitchen countertop or carrying a box of stuff upstairs).

So I ran over to a stromatolite and "stood" on it and felt the heat leach into my hands while my cousin or whatever ran ahead--I stood almost as tall as this kid--then had no trouble keeping pace with him as he ran down the beach. No one batted an eye and he never looked back to see if he'd left me behind. I felt like an AT-ST from Star Wars. I was a mile tall and unstoppable.

And then I had a dream someone was keeping me hostage so she could inject me with bugs. Whatever. PSA: cartilage damage is forever.
