Slavery dream

I had a dream about helping a slave master import slaves from Kenya but I’m not sure where to. I remember realising that I was a part of the start of importing slaves from Africa and was with an entourage of 3 other men. When I realised that I tried to stop it by killing the ring leader but I shot blanks and he just laughed at me whilst he continued to roll in cages of young children into an elevator which was weird because the time period suggested that we were in the 1700s. I also saw how prosperous Kenya was when we set foot there, there was railways and the landscape did suggest that they were ahead of its time. The slaves however weren’t even black, they were white and looked fake but I felt one of them and they felt real asf. Trippy ass dream but an eye opener

In the bathroom then in an elevator portal

In my dream last night, I'm literally using the toilet and a guy who I made out with last weekend comes into the women's restroom (I'm on a toilet that's not in a stall, btw, just out in the stupid open) and says something like "hey what are you doing? We're going to see eachother soon right?" and I point at him and scream "GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE (NAME)". Next dream scene is me walking into the tiniest elevator (all black) and press what's supposed to be a down button. The elevator goes down what would be like a normal floor, and opens up to a party in Ghana or Kenya or something. There's a dance party and I am fucking STOKED. I go back up in the elevator after dancing, and Shaggy from Scooby fucking Doo is screaming because Scooby went into a different elevator and went to a rave party in like Miami or something and he couldn't bring him back. I go to the Miami portal with Shaggy and we chase Scooby around the rave trying to get him back into the portal, but he doesn't want to! Hahahahah he wants to rage! That's all I remember.

Wrote this 6 hours after waking up, but I still remember this amazing experience clearly: here's what happened

For some context I'm a 14 year old from Spain with a huge passion for collecting coins. RN I have Euros from 17 different EU countries, and some banknotes from the US, Kenya and Djibouti, among others. Not that much, but I love it.

This summer I went to Malta for 3 weeks, and discovered what an amazing country it is. As an extra I also have a passion for physics, languages, travelling, foreign cultures and philosophy.

Both of these facts are key to understanding the importance of this dream for me. Without any more explanation, here it is:

I had a dream about collecting money. It happened in Greece, like 1500 or even more years ago. I was on a coast, with a lot of algae, sand, beautiful beaches and small islands, all alone, thinking about life

The scene skips to me on a trip with people visiting a museum, if you can call it that way. The museum was an open cave on the shore, and I was looking at two bowls on a shelf, one up and one down.

I started to look into the one down, filled with heavy small coins. I picked a few and shoved them into my left pocket. Then I looked at the upper bowl, which had fewer coins in it, but there were two big ones, like a 2,5 cm diameter, which I picked and also put into my pocket. One of them had something like a pirate skull in it.

Right after that we entered a room that seemed like an office of the present day, with lots of small drawers, each one with coins in it. I picked a few coins from some of them and again put them in my pocket.

Then the scene shifted to me, trying to pass some kind of checkpoint on top of a mesa on a complete new island. I pulled a 45.000 blue banknote out of my pocket, showed it to a man, and for a second we were on a tall bridge where the man took the banknote and threw it to the water about 200m below us. After seeing this, I didn't show him the coins I picked up earlier and got through the checkpoint.

The scene changed again. I was on the same Island, but with the sun going down at a fast rate. In fact, I was in the same place as before. In front of me I could see a lot of people, between 14-18 on age and all of them were going to pick a ferry in the distance, since the Island we were on right now was significantly bigger than the ones before.

To arrive to the ferry I had to cross a wooden bridge with an abyss below it. When I was going to cross it someone called my phone, I picked it up and they asked me to do something that I don't remember. While staring at the horizon I told them that I didn't have time and that I was going to lose the ferry if I didn't hurry up.

On the way to the ferry I said the sentence "Where's my bag?" multiple times, with sudden panic each time it happened. I remember the landscape was full of grass, except for a long dirt path going all the way there.

Once I arrived at the place where we were going to take the ferry I stared in amazement. We were standing on a very big platform made of enormous old warm coloured bricks, but in front of me there was a huge body of water that opened to the Mediterranean sea, with modern-day buildings on both sides of it and without bridges connecting them.

It was as if time and space were overlapping. All behind me was a long time ago, Greece, while all in front of me was summer 2022, Malta.

The ferry arrived. I took one look to the past and one to the present. Without thinking I jumped onto the ferry bound for the Mediterranean.

The dream ended as I took a look at my new coin collection, symbolizing the efforts and rewards of my past actions, to myself, symbolizing the present and to the horizon, the future.
