What are getting a job dreams about?

A person I knew was complaining about being gangstalked. "That's not a real thing and you're full of shit" I said, but he pointed to some suspicious looking people not far away. "Those guys over there are some of them", they responded. I walked over to check them out. They all had coveralls and tool belts on and were talking to each other on walkie talkies. They noticed I was on to them and cornered me in a back hallway near a freight elevator. While most of them were holding me captive with plungers and wrenches, one of them handed me a big loopy key ring with a single key and told me (in very very loose, nonsensical dream talk) that if I could guess the correct floor I'd learn what was going on. I took a guess at the floor, which was not a number but a name and the elevator brought me to a tech support center where I met a sentient CCTV camera. The name I guessed (Ignus Electra? Igneous Elytra?) turned out to be the name of an artificial intelligence that governs our reality. Ignus, unfortunately suffered from a bad firmware update a while back that prevented her from making sense some of the time.. and so, she kept a team of janitors on her payroll to help clean things up for her when reality goes particularly sideways. She was totally unable to communicate with most people because the faulty update made her talk gibberish, but by correctly guessing her name I had demonstrated that I was one of the people who could understand her even though she was totally batshit.. And so, with some whistles and beeps she informed me nonsensically I was now on the job and the key I was given would unlock any doors between me and the weird shit I needed to clean up.

What does it mean to have that dream? Is it the future?

I had a dream where I got a job at a library.

The next time I slept, I went to work at the same library.

And the next time I slept, I went to work at the same library.

After enough sleeps, I got a paycheck.

Me, my mom, and my friend went to this thing where you have to search for something (I don't remember what it was), BUT while something was hauling ass after you. The thing looked fake as shit, and it also looked like a homeless animatronic that was hired to be in chucky cheese or some shit, but that's what made it creepy... and eventually adrenalin inducing. My mom did it, and my friend did it, but I struggled. This dude was after me, and I was hauling ass while trying to break this dudes ankles (meaning I was trying to get away) while hiding! It looked like an escape room or something, but this shit was real, and god knows what happens to you if you get caught. Before I woke up, he was watching me from a distance, and whenever I grabbed what I was looking for, he hauls ass after me, and this one was like a singular room with mats laid up like walls to serve as a parkour map, so I leaped away, and woke up before I escaped. Hope you enjoyed that because I didn't lol.

I was driving to work(I work at an elementary school) and the sun was in my eyes cause of the mirrors. I couldnt see and I ran into a tree in the middle of the road. Only the right mirror broke. I was freaking out cause I was thinking of calling either triple A or my mom. The car is under mom's name.

I was scared as hell. Then somehow I was at work but this random girl that was an assistant/co-worker said she could tell my female co-worker "K" what happened. "K" came outside worried af and hugged me. She also said I don't deserve the stuff going on at work

NOTE: I work in an after school job part time K-6 and I got a job offer yesterday at a law firm. "K" is really hard on me though she means well but I'm burnt out working with kids.
