How I stopped a recurring dream
I used to have the same dream almost every night that I was underwater and could never get to the surface for air. I would wake up numb and tingly (was probably holding my breath in real life as well as in my dream) and it went on like this long enough for me to become concerned. Then one night, I had the same dream once again, but something in my mind clicked and I thought, "wait a second, water has oxygen in it! H2O! I can't believe scientists haven't realized that we can breathe underwater, those fuckin ameteurs!" So I took a breath, woke up, and never had that fucking dream again.

Has anyone heard of anything like this?
Last night I had a dream where I was in a stone fortress in the middle of the desert known to the people as "The Wastelands." The Wastelands air was poisoned and you could only breath it for a small amount of time before having to go back to the base for air. The Wastelands has uranium crystals incased in glass which the base need for power (though the base had no electricity.)To activate the crystals you needed to twist the top and the power immediately goes to the base, with no wires or anything. Another location in The Wastelands was know as "The Pits." The pits were random section covered in blueish grass that dipped down about 35 feet and had undrinkable water at the bottom. The pits went on for miles with no end to them in sight. Another type of power the base needed was down there two, in random pipes peeking out of the water or the side of a cliff leading to the pits. In the pipes were a weird gray gooey substance that needed to be carried back to the base and given to scientists to extract the power from it.

Splitting the atom
I’ve had this dream before a few times, decided to write it down, i think is really interesting. here it is:
Once a year there is a main event in the city, everybody gathers around in the main plaza, I’m with my father and his wife, we sit in the grass and get ready.
In the sky we see 2 giant almost holographic scientists, one female and the other male, looking at some pipes. Between them there is a construction that holds a bomb, an atomic bomb. (like the one in indiana jones)
We start getting anxious and excited, then they release the bomb. We see the fungus huge in the sky and then the first wave of shock and heat hits us. The buildings burn the trees go to dust and everything gets wiped off except us. Then we se in the distance, the shockwave hits after the explosion and we see the dust lift up like a wave, breaking glass in the distance.
Nothing happens to us and we just see it completely normal as we destroy a city for fun.
Ps: i have a nuclear phobia btw.

The idea of waking up with different feelings towards someone/something.
Last year I saw a dream. I was working in a store, in a commercial district I'm familiar with in real life. When I was arranging some shipment from the factory, carrying it into the store. A moment later someone approached to the front of the store. It took me only couple of seconds to recognise who it was in the dream, a fellow classmate girl that is my classmate in real life too.
She said 'Hi.' and I said 'Hey.' back. I believe I had this reluctant feeling in the dream, like I had a not-so-good experience with her. She said she wanted to talk about something, closed in on the store and entered inside. The door was incredibly tight and I was standing right in it, so she squeezed in. I remember that picture very vividly, it was a fond moment in the dream. Also hot.
She looked around, with an expression that says "So, you work here?". Took a moment to look at me and told me that she likes me. I remember this part vaguely but I think there was talk of marriage too. I was joyful and really happy. Then somewhere around there the dream ended.
Now, as much as I'd like this to be a real vision from the future, I know it's not and I don't care. The thing that intrigues me is when I woke up I developed feelings for her. I didn't think much of it back then but after a month or so later I realised they got even stronger, which was also the moment I realised this all started happening after I saw that dream.
Currently it's gotten even more stronger. To a point where my eyes keep locking on her whenever they get the chance or attempting to boast about myself by raising my voice whenever she walks pass while I'm talking to my friends. I've had and still have many fantasies too, which are all non-sexual for some reason. For me that's a sign that I like her more than some random attractive girl. I'm not here for a relationship advice though, I know the end of this road anyway. I won't bother with such "crush" business.
I'm more interested in this idea of waking up with different feelings towards someone or something. All of this happened out of nowhere. I literally woke up with feelings towards her. That morning, she was just some random girl in my class. When I actually first gotten into this class I remember analysing everyone to determine what type of people I was dealing with and she appeared to me as some boring, good grades girl. To be fair, the more I observed the more she started to look like a decently-well cultured and quality person. Still not a spec of feeling though.
I have a theory, like a subconscious development of these feelings and a sudden burst during a dream. I don't know, and I'd like to take your non-magical, not-scientist-level scientific (realistic) opinion on this.

Tonight i had my first ever sleep paralysis, i don't want that to happen never again
My first memory is a female chimpanzee looking into my closed eyes, right beside my bed. I got scared and tried to move and that is when i realized i couldn't control my body, i tried to scream but my mouth didn't open, i was screaming with my throat.
Right when i started panicking and tried to scream even harder, the chimp ran away and jumped from my bedroom window; from that i slowly got control of my body, but i still wasn't able to open my eyes. Then something snapped and i gained my body back.
I was terrified so i jumped from my bed in a lake of sweat and ran into the bathroom to wash my face.
It wasn't a normal nightmare, i never felt my body so real and present, yet i couldn't control it; i really felt betrayed by my own body. I needed to move and scream but It wasn't possibile.
I'm never felt so impotent and terrified. Also i felt humiliated because i'm a natural scientist, nature and animals are my life but this time an animal was the very "enemy" of me.
Why paralysis happens? How can i stop that from happening again?
