I have ABSOLUTELY no clue and I’d like to make some logical sense of this

I’m gonna start by saying I’m classing this as a dream, because anything else Would make me sound bat shit insane. I don’t dream, I have aphantasia, meaning that I can’t picture things in my head so that makes dreaming hard. This is my fifth time dreaming in my life and it was different. With that knowledge you can see why I’m a little freaked out. I saw something, now I’m sure this feels like a “no shit” type of thing but I’ve NEVER seen something before. I don’t even know what to describe, it was just completely alien, nothing I’ve seen and DEFINITELY not humanoid. I could only call it an amorphous blob but that doesn’t even come close to it. So there I am conscious in a void with this... thing, and I recall falling asleep so not only was this a first for a lotta things, it’s my first lucid dream as well. “Hello?” I call then bam, it turns and I’m gone. I feel my being, like full on my consciousness moving into my body. It was such an odd sense, and I had to orient myself, moving, gasping, and touching everything to know I wasn’t in a paralyzed state just in case. I’m trying really hard to not sound crazy but it ain’t working, I just... it was an experience I’ve never felt, situations I’ve never had before, and I’m not even sure if It was a dream, though it has to be...

Unsettling dream about the COVID vaccine

This happened last night. So In this dream, I had declined to get the COVID vaccine for whatever reason. Next thing I remember was being in a local grocery store looking for donuts when all of a sudden I start having trouble breathing and I’m coughing out this extremely viscous green fluid. It’s got a foamy substance but doesn’t go away and the more I tried to spit it from my mouth, the thicker it gets and the harder it gets for me to breathe. The next thing I remember is seeing a live feed from my uncle who’s showing everyone how the government is threatening him and his family (because I didn’t take the vaccine) and he goes on to show everyone that someone stole my passport and sent it to him, I’m guessing as a warning message? (Idk). Except the passport had these strange, almost demonic or alien people printed on the pages. As soon as I see this, I start violently coughing out the green fluid which suddenly gets so thick that I can no longer breathe because it’s completely blocking my airways. I pretty much start to suffocate and that’s when I woke up. So yea, shit was weird..I couldn’t fall back asleep after this and I usually have a pretty easy time falling back asleep but something about this creeped me out a little. Thanks for reading!

Dream of two gigantic snakes surrounding a crowd of people.

Two massive snakes surrounded a crowd of people, some of my family was in the crowd, they weren't panicking though. Someone had a microphone and was speaking, then they gave it to my brother and let him speak and he said "Aliens don't exist, we mistake them for spirits and demons."

Owls and room full of clocks (SP experience)

Okay so this event happened about 5 years ago and I'm doing this post because following this SP I've been terrified of owls and it actually sort of effects my life and I can't get over it.

So I'm not someone who has SPs, I've had one in my whole entire life so it isn't something I live with, it was one experience.

I was 15 and I was having this very livid dream of myself looking into a dark old looking room of clocks, all kinds of clocks everywhere on the ceiling, on every inch of the wall, some on the floor and I felt like something was looking at me and I felt scared, so I looked to my right and there perched on a big coo coo clock was a white owl just staring at me, not moving and the whole room exploded with chimes from every single one of the clocks right when our eyes connect to each other and it wakes me up.

When I wake up I can't move any part of my body, I can't move my head and I'm laying on my back with my hands on my side, my hands laying flat against the mattress, which is very rare for me I never fall asleep on my back or wake up on my back I ALWAYS sleep on my side. So I start freaking out and I start looking around my room. To give a little layout of my room, my parents had built me a loft for my bed so the loft cuts halfway through my bedroom and is protected by a black gate so I don't roll off. So I'm scanning my loft area and there on the right, looking at me, is this white owl perched in the same way as in my dream on one of the posts of my gate and just starring at me and I had this feeling like it was because of the owl that I can't move. I try to scream but my throat locks and nothing can come out and I just feel tears running down my cheeks as I watch this owl look at me. For me it seems like hours pass I'm scared I'm cold because I have no blankets on me and I just want this to stop and I keep repeating wake up wake up, because normally when I have a livid dream (not a SP just a dream where I realize its a dream) I can wake myself up by saying wake up its a dream, but it doesn't work.

Finally I wake out of it and I just run out of my room wake up my parents, I'm so scared and they just tell me it was probably a SP and that everything's fine, but my dad goes and checks anyway and of course there's nothing and while he looked I felt like a burning sensation on my back and my mom looked and it looked like 5 deep cuts caused by nails all across my back, I still have scares actually and my mom just said I must have like scratched my back up with my nails while I was asleep. so I end up just staying up the rest of the night (It was like 3am on weekend morning)

After that event I googled it, trying to see if anyone else dreamed of owls and I saw that owls were like an image aliens use to block out memories of encounter and I know sound stupid and crazy but I kept that information with me and ever since the dream I'm terrified of owls. Whenever I hear one I shut my windows, close my curtains and I don't go outside that day. I get full blown PTSD over it and honestly it happens a few times per year and all my friends are like it's just an owl get over it and they send me cute videos of owls and everything but I really can't get over it.

As I said in the beginning I never had another SP which in some kinda way scares me more. I just want to know if other people had this experience and if it's normal for SP experiences to like physically inflict pain onto yourself.

I know some people might now believe me, but I don't want to convince someone I just want answers and to know if this is normal.

Thanks for reading and thanks in advance for the comments.

I think I met a god or an alien in my dream the other night

First, I want to say hello and thank you all for the years upon years worth of information that I've gained from everyone on reddit. This is my first post and I'm hoping to make it a good one.
Anyway, I had one intense dream the other night. I was in what I could only describe as a void. It was as if I was in existence before everything was created or after everything was destroyed; I'm more inclined to say it's before everything was made but it's open to interpretation. There was this purplish blue smoke around me, which was odd.
But the thing was, I wasn't alone. I was with what looked like a human but clearly wasnt. They had told/showed me a the "basics of how life was made", as they put it (water, carbon, etc.) Then they had created the most intricate, beautiful flower that I have ever seen. There was so much color, so much depth.
Then, the next thing I knew, I was swallowed up into absolutely nothing. I was a mind without a body, nothing but everything. The last thought before I woke up was that I wanted to spend my last moments of existence with the ones I love. When I woke up, I was so sure that I was dead that I didn't think to open my eyes until I felt my blanket.
I had another crazy one the night before where my family and friends gathered around me and started chanting. After a little while, it turned more and more into a buzzing, then I started vibrating with it. I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on these. Sorry for the long post but there was so much to it all.
