Have you ever had a dream where you fell in love with a stranger?
As the title suggests, I just woke up after experiencing this and feel very weird.
In my dream I was in a mall type of thing at night and this stunning japanese woman bumped into me asking if I had the time. I said yes and continued walking around this mall. A little later I found a huge set of stairs and slid all the way to the bottom on the railings.
At the bottom of the stairs, the girl from earlier was there and timidly asked me if I wanted to grab some food with her. I said yes immediately.
I then remember spending some time talking to her about random stuff, but found her more and more interesting and attractive. Her friends were cool and played in a weird funk-metal kind of band and asked if I wanted to be involved.
After talking she asked if I wouldn’t mind walking her up to apartment as it was super late. I of course obliged and went with her. After arriving she invited me in and I remember her place being absolutely huge and overlooking whatever city this dream was supposed to be in.
We talked some more about what her future plans were and how similar our goals were. It got to the point where we were close and kissing and eventually slept together. I just remember there being this weird warmth in my chest whilst this happening, and it felt like nothing I had experienced before.
After waking up from this, I feel almost hollow and honestly kind of depressed. I can still remember how she smelt and how I felt when she looked me in the eyes.
The fucked up part of this is that I’ve been dating someone for the past 6 months or so, and after this dream, dare I say that I feel less close to her?
Has anyone else experienced something like this? What does it mean? Is it my mind telling the girl I’m with isn’t the right one for me? I’m so confused.

I just had a dream that felt years long, and now I don't know whats real.
Sorry for the confusing title but I just woke up and felt like I needed to post this somewhere to see if anyone has ever had a similar experience to this.
Okay, so my dream started out with me meeting a girl. She was amazing, and we had an instant connection. we started dating and went through the normal highs and lows of a relationship, as all couples do. Overall, our relationship was amazing so when we found out she was pregnant, even though we were young we were both so excited to be parents. Her parents lived nearby and offered to let us move in so they could help with the pregnancy and we could both stay in college. The next nine months seemed to fly by, and the pregnancy seemed easier than it should have been. I chalked it up to the fact that my girlfriend was an amazing strong woman and that her parents were there to help us out.
Now this is when things begin to get weird. I don't know why, but i was not with my girlfriend when she was at the hospital giving birth. I had something else to do even though being with her should have been my first priority. After she returned home she called me to let me know we had a son and to come over immediately. It was odd that I wasn't there in the first place, and even odder that even in the dream, I couldn't remember what I had just been doing. It was almost as if I blacked out, and when I came to, I was in the car driving home to see my new son. I shook it off and told myself I was just nervous to be a dad. As I was driving, I suddenly didn't know where I was. I had lived here for 9 months, but for the life of me I couldn't remember how to get home. It felt like I was driving around lost for hours and then, as if I blacked out again, I was outside my house being greeted by my girlfriends' parents as I walked up to the house. The strange thing was that the house didn't seem familiar, and neither did my girlfriend's parents.
Throughout all of this, I never questioned it and kept telling myself that I was just nervous and I was freaking myself out. Maybe I just needed to sit down for a minute and breath. I never even made it to the house, I just sat down on the steps leading up to the door and tried to calm myself down. I pulled out my phone and had a text message from an unknown number. I assumed it was a text from someone congratulating me and my girlfriend, but when I opened it, it was just an image of three 20 something year old boys who I had never seen. I was confused, but something about the picture seemed oddly familiar, so I just sat there and stared at it. As I sat on the porch staring at the photo the world went silent. I never heard a baby crying and never once did anyone try to retrieve me from outside to bring me in. It was almost as if everything in the world disappeared besides me and that photo.
I must have spent days staring at that picture, and finally I decided to text the number back and ask who they were and why they sent me that photo. I wrote out the text and hit send and suddenly the picture went blurry. I looked around and nothing in the world seemed real anymore. Nothing seemed familiar. I felt like I was in a place I had never seen before. I looked back down at my phone and the blurriness of the photo began to clear up and I was left looking at a photo of me, my real-life brother, and my real-life best friend, standing in my real-life backyard. I stopped for a second, coming to the realization that everything was over. I immediately tried to run into the house to see my son but the second I opened the door to the house, I woke up.
My first instinct when I woke up was the check my phone for the photo but of course it wasn't there. The only thing on my phone was a text from my real girlfriend. he weird thing is, I can no longer picture my dream girlfriend's face, so for all I know, it could have been my real girlfriend. As I finish writing this, the dream is beginning to fade, and I can realize all the things that didn't make sense, but while I was in it, I would have bet anything it was real. I feel as if I just got a few years of my life back, as I woke up the same 22-year-old who went to bed the night bore.
My only regret? I never got to see my son.

Old friend contacted me after 3 years after god came in their dream and asked them to check with me to see if everything is okay
Ok so this was really weird for me. So I didn't sleep the last night, I spent the entire night just thinking about ending it all. Life seemed too difficult at that moment and I was feeling extremely low. I hated growing up even though I had an abusive childhood. Because currently, my inner child is completely dead and I don't find happiness anywhere.
Anyway, that's basically what I was thinking last night and circling my room for hours.
Today morning, an old friend texted me and asked me how I was doing. I was surprised tbh because they weren't even a close friend to me, we were just like acquaintances. I said thanks for asking, but how come? Like what happened that made you remember me suddenly?
Then they told me that they saw a weird dream which made them think of me. Something(which was apparently god) told them to talk to me and make sure everything was okay.
Here's the thing. I was never really much a believer(in god). But the timing of this incident is so weird that it baffles me. I wasn't in contact with that friend for 3+ years, they contacted me on the night I was thinking about ending my life.
I don’t know what's reality and myth anymore. This universe is so weird. It works in mysterious ways.
I would still love to know your interpretations of this dream.

I had a crush on a girl 32 year ago. I never told her that I had a crush on her.
I haven't thought about her 32 years.
Last night, I had a dream. She was pushing a stroller to a park and complaining to other moms that I didn't help out with changing diapers. I was running around with other people playing football, but I still heard what she said.
Against my better judgement, I looked her up online this morning.
I was beyond shocked and sat in front of my computer motionless for almost half an hour or longer. I felt no air in my lungs and it was as if my body forgot how to breathe...
I found out that she had just passed away 11 days ago. There was an obituary from her family as well. Not really sure why, but I called her phone number from 32 years ago. The number was her parent's house from back then. A man picked up. It turned out to be her brother. He and his family now lives in that house. I told him who I was and he remembered me.
As I started telling him about my dream from last night, he became very quiet and said nothing for several minutes. I thought line had gone dead, but it turned out that he was crying. What he said next shocked me to my core... He said "did you know that she also had a major crush on you back then?" and "a couple weeks before she died, she said she was still in love with you and she really wanted to see you one last time, but we didn't know how to get in contact with you"....
I feel all the energy drained out of me. My entire body feels like it was injected with pure sadness that no words could describe.
