What are genital dreams about?

In the dream, I woke up in the bed I was sleeping in IRL and noticed my penis felt weird. I looked at it and it was completly transparent. Like I could see the blood vessels and everything. I freaked the fuck out and got up to go to the hospital, but this "friend" that I can't stand kept me from leaving because of he wanted me to do something else. I kept trying to break free but he'd keep pulling me back in. I looked at my penis again and it had started to contort like it was made out of clear jello. I kept screaming for someone to call 911, but everyone was just kinda walking by like I was a homeless dude asking for money.

This went on for what felt like hours, my penis becoming more and more disfigured. I started sobbing, which woke me up as I was sobbing in real life as well. I don't know what to do about this dream. I feel so disturbed and confused.

In this sex dream, an alien entered my room (IDK how) it had these weird fingers or something on its face, it latched onto my face then it transferred some sort of liquid that transformed me to be fit for mating. My dream started with me and my brother smoking out of a bong and my mom saw My brother hitting it and he has drug test coming up soon so she got made then next thing ik I was watching Parker (Parker is my nefu he is 1 year old) and his hand got stuck in the sidewalk somehow and I didn’t know so I picked him up and it pulled his arm off like I could see where the bone got disconnected and it was weird cause When I picked him up he weighted nothing and I didn’t feel it pull his arm off I called the cops put his arm in a cup of ice so they could reattach it (which I’ve saw on a movie I can’t remember to name but 4 friends go out in the woods to party and one is pissing and playing with a butterfly knife and his friend scares him and he chopped of his dick and they put it in ice) and I was freaking out then when the cop got there Chris (the father of my nefu) showed up and my mom and they looked at Parker and his arm was still on him and they all thought I was crazy. anyone know what this could mean. Last night my husband kept tossing and turning and whining as if he was almost crying at a certain point I realized he's calling me so I wake up and ask him what's wrong. He tells me that he had sleep paralysis and a really bad experience he looks terrified. He tells me that he had a dream of three women having sex with each other except they all had penises one of them was missing both her arms and another was missing both her legs only one of the women was actually full-bodied. The women were also wearing white mask with red lipstick on the lips of the Mask. for some reason this causes him to wake up and have a sleep paralysis experience and he tells me that during this sleep paralysis experience something whispered into his ear and told him to tell me that the Fallen Angel is in Aquarius.

It starts off with me chilling at El Chapo’s mansion, with his best friend/right hand man. I had just built them a badass addition to their house. It was like an indoor bull fighting arena that had a nice beer garden sort of vibe to it.

The rest of the dream was really Intense, but it’s starting to fade at this point. What I do remember is ending up in jail somehow, escaping into a hospital, where everyone’s been killed by this hitman that’s after me. Then me taking the clothes from one of the bodies as a disguise. Then we end up in a pig slaughtering facility where the final battle ensues.

He finally finds me, pulls out his gun, I go in for the attach, disarm him, gun jams. There’s a struggle, I get the gun unjammed and I shoot his bitch ass.
