Ex's

I don't know if this is the best place to post this but I needed to get it out.

I just hate dreaming about my ex's. It always leaves me feeling off the following day. I mean geeze we broke up years ago. Not even my most recent ex. I don't really have much to say about it and the context of the dream is hazey at best and not really important I just wanted to vent.

Thank you.

A Nightmare I Want To Forget

I debated wanting to share this since one- this dream is disturbing, and two- I barely remember most of it (thank God).

READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Okay, here I go:

I remember that it was a long dream, and had something to do about experiments of "making the voice strong", whatever the hell that means. There were experiments regarding the throat, with needles being shoved in peoples' throats, or syringes of some sort drawing out phlegm. It was disgusting. I know that it had some cult like aspects to it, but it wasn't that entirely. The person doing the experiments was wearing a red robe, but still, the dream felt more "scientific" than "cult", if you know what I mean. But the main thing I remember from this dream, we're the cries of babies.

I so wish that I could get rid of the images my mind conjured up.

You're still reading? Oh...okay, please don't think of me as some disturbed individual. But the cries of babies is what I remember too vividly in this dream. And the sounds of cracking belts. You sure you want to keep reading? Okay...

The belts were whipping that of newborn babies; blood everywhere. They would take this blood and use it to inject in peoples' throats to, quote-unquote, "make the voice strong."

I remember an up close image of a toddler having his inner thighs whipped over and over, and I couldn't do anything to help him; couldn't do anything to end this dream. It literally felt like I was being deliberately held to watch this nightmare.

I remember an up close image of an experiment gone wrong, where a patient, a man, puked up this white slime, and was killed off.

That's all I remember but I'm sure there's more that mind is suppressing. I hope you don't get this nightmare, now that I put images in your head. I'm so sorry.

Just had probably the most oddly disturbing nightmare ever

So it was a pretty normal dream, taking place in my hometown in present time. I was walking home like any other school day, but something was off. There were weird things around, like certain roads that weren't supposed to be where they were, and most notably, a Sakura (cherry blossom) tree outside of a house I always walk by that doesn't have a tree in front of it. I didn't notice it though, cause it was a dream. Anyway, I must've taken some kind of detour, because I ended up in a field, that's usually on the other side of my neighborhood. This is where the weird shit goes down. So throughout the dream I was occasionally seeing this (yes it's hilarious thinking about it) really off-putting man in a banana costume, hiding in weird places (now that I think about it, only the ones that were out of place). He had a new expression each time, and he looked more and more deranged as time went on. So when I reached the field, the sky had already turned dark, so It was night time. The field is surrounded by houses (it's in the middle of the suburbs), and the playground that's usually there is no longer present. All that was there was the washrooms, in a building in the center of the field. I don't know why, maybe to hide from the banana guy (I was starting to get the idea that he was following me). I walked in, and went to wash my hands, when to my left, out of the corner of my eye, I saw him. He was laying limp on the toilet in the stall across the floor, with his head hanging in front of him. He had the most deranged and twisted face I'd ever seen, and he slowly turned his head to look at me. In classic SCP-173 fashion, I tried not to break eye contact, but I couldn't look at it for much longer because I felt like I was going insane. Making sure not to make any sudden movements, I slowly began walking towards the door. The banana man (stop laughing) was starting to half cry half laugh, slowly getting louder and louder. He was no longer in my line of sight, and I felt like any second he could've just gotten up and started chasing me. I felt SO threatened. Terrified, I started to crack the door open, and I was sure that he was going to run up behind me at any moment, but he didn't. He just sat there. Once the door was halfway open, I flung it the rest of the way open, and made a break for it. It was pitch black out, and I was alone. I was too scared even to scream for help, so I just kept running. The laugh/crying transitioned into angry screaming, still laughing all the same. I didn't look back to see if he was giving chase, because that would've slowed me down. The houses around the field were gone. All that was left was an endless open field. I stopped running and turned around, to find that the screaming was gone. Still, I felt no less afraid. All of a sudden, I heard footsteps behind me, and I turned around again, but nothing was there. The screams were coming back. I fell to my knees, panicked to the point where I couldn't keep running. The screaming faded in quickly to the point where it was deafeningly loud, and I started screaming too. That was when I woke up.

Bananas freak me out now. Thanks, brain.

i need help

hey so I am wondering if anyone else has this or if anyone has advice for this so whenever I have a dream like 90% of the time it comes true I know right that sounds crazy but ill give you a few times this has happened.

1) if anyone remembers that tragic shooting in Florida back on February 14 2018 well I'm British and one night I had a horrible nightmare about a school shooting but not the shooting part I was sat under a desk in lock down position then I was pulled awake by a notification on my phone I was sleepy as well as terrified I looked at my phone the notification was from that news app about the Florida shooting.

2) one that strikes closer to home and one that im still trying to rationalise to myself is the Manchester attack no matter where you live you probably know about this and what a fucking horrible situation this is anyway the very night before I had a dream about a terrorist attack at a Katy perry concert I know this isn't the same artist but here is the bit that sticks with me in my dream I was watching the news and the death count in my dream was exact and the death toll wasn't released for another 3 days.

3) another less scary yet still strange dream was the death of Steven Hawkins I had this dream then the next day I asked my brother if Hawkins was dead we looked it up and nothing came up so we just continued on with our lives then it couldn't have been more than three days and the tragic death of Steven Hawkins was on the news

these are just three examples that are the first that came to my head there are more like the little ones where I have a dream conversation with someone and then have that exact conversation a few days later or once I had a dream that my neighbours had a party with loud music and it pissed my mum off then what do you know that happened.

obviously this isn't the worst thing on this page but its still scary and if anyone knows what this is or just can relate as everyone who ive told either thought Im mental or lying thank you for reading this thank you

hey so I am wondering if anyone else has this or if anyone has advice for this so whenever I have a dream like 90% of the time it comes true I know right that...
