What are ambushing dreams about?

This dream was honestly rather interesting. Something that would come from a movie or a book. Or even both. This honestly sounds like a thriller, even a dystopian storyline. You'll see why.

It all started off with me in school. A typical normal school day. I was walking down a hallway until I reached a classroom. It was supposedly an old classroom of mine that I was in sometime in the past year or so. I was talking and chatting with some of the students, some of which were my friends (and I think my boyfriend also, but I can't remember if I was talking to him or not).

All of a sudden, I was in the cafeteria for lunch. There was a war going on within the cafeteria. There were people behind the stage curtains trying to kill us; however we all fought back. I even went behind the curtains and killed a few of these people. I'll call them the Shadow People. They were a group of people wearing black attire. Some even wore a light blue bulletproof vest and a light blue army-like helmet while wearing the black attire. They had military weapons and everything. I was then outside. I noticed a Black Hawk Helicopter in the distance. Keep in mind about the helicopter because those will appear throughout the dream. Me along with another group of students had an idea to outrun and escape to another state that supposedly hasn't been "taken over" yet.

I was then at a girl's house where we were hiding out. The girl was well aware of our situation as she overheard about those 'shadow people' taking over our school. It wasn't until we saw the helicopter once again. They've found us. In a state of panic, we decided to hide in order for them not to see us. The girl explained to me that in her closet she has a hidden room that only she knows so I decided to go in. In this room there was a set of stairs that I have to go up on. After I immediately ran up the stairs I noticed a window. It looked down at a street. Sure enough I saw the helicopter. The rest of the group of students showed up in the hidden room shortly after. We then decided to get out of the house and drive away to another location. But as soon as we started driving away, we noticed a black sudan following us. It was them. They found us. We tried to speed up over the speed limit in order to outrun them all together. However, we saw an apartment complex on fire. We figured that since the police and the firefighters were on the scene we could simply pull over and they'll drive right past us. Of course, it would work because that's exactly what happened. As soon as we pulled over at the apartment complex they drove past us.

I was then in a small neighborhood walking on a small road. I looked in the distance and I noticed a group of people talking. Kids included. I also noticed The Shadow People in the distance. I knew I had to make a run for it. I noticed this dirt road that leads into a fenced in area so I decided to make a run for it down that dirt road. The landscape was pretty decent. The grass was very green while having some patches of dirt showing. It had some hills and trees along a dirt road or two. I ran on the dirt road which seemed forever. I was all of a sudden ambushed by four Black Hawk Helicopters. Two in front of me, two behind me. All were behind the trees and bushes. I knew it was a risk to run in the direction that I came from so I then took that risk and ran in that direction while bullets were flying towards me. I heard a man speak and say something like, "Sometimes, taking a risk is worth it."

The dream jumped towards a scene where I, along with the group of students, were looking at photos that people took with the army. The army said that were going to be deployed somewhere so some people took photos with the army to remember them while they were gone protecting us. But here's the twist: the army was behind it all. THEY were The Shadow People. They were so called "deployed" just to kill us and ultimately take over. I know that this will NEVER happen to us in real life, but this still was pretty intense.

I'm not really looking for an interpretation of this dream as I just wanted to discuss this with y'all guys, but feel free to do so. I don't mind.

Has anyone else had a dream that was similar like this before?? I'm just curious. That's all.

Last night I dreamt that I was back in my parents’ old house, where I grew up after being adopted. My mom would hoard foster children, but only if they were babies or toddlers. In my dream, she brought a “toddler” home and let her loose to wreak havoc in the house. I was the only one who could tell that this one was evil and not a child at all. The evil midget would then try to murder me at every turn, wielding sharp scissors, kitchen knives, etc. and trying to ambush me to stab me in the chest. I ran around the house screaming and no one helped me. I ran up to my adoptive mom (who was abusive and neglectful irl) and shook her by the shoulders, screaming “she’s going to kill me!! Don’t you see? Do you even care?!! Look at her!! She has a huge fucking kitchen knife!!” To which my mom didn’t even blink or flinch at. I ran away, with the evil little creature running towards me, and as she caught up to me I turned, grabbed her wrist, and wrestled away the knife. I plunged the kitchen knife deep in her chest as my alarm woke me up in real life.

Ok y'all, the world is in ruins. We're under attack, the enemies are storming the building!! We plant explosive that did not work. We are screwed, and we're all gonna die. Just me throwing like 20 grenades that I some how have fitted all into my one pocket, anyway thar cleared them all making all the explosives go off. We then raid there side of the base, we found the liquor section and I'm looking for something that I really wanna try, I then see the monster energy drink section and y'all!! I decided because we can just steal anything, my head decided; now i can finally taste what the other monsters taste like lmao.

I had a dream my mom was saying all the terrible things she says about me irl but in my dream. It took place at the old apartment we lived in and then i gave up and told her that this is me so leave me alone, then the deep freeze happened, the face of a demon/the devil apeared as a black cloud in the sky, the words “ALL HOPE IS LOST FOR HUMANITY” rang through my head, my mom threw money at me after arguing with me and told me it was for my medicine, idk if she ment drugs or HRT tho.

then “aliens” were arriving and looking up to the sky resulted in seeing a planet so close that you can see thier cities, much resemblance to ours. My brother had something in a bag or drawstring bag and was on his way to a river to die, my mom was busy yelling at me, Also after we argued i did the thing where i record to see if there are spirits or demons or ghosts around me and there were alot of evil ones

i then put on clean clothes (male) and went out it, i dont have many girl clothes so i decided to go raid some stores for outfits. I then found myself in front of the front door but the outside was different and these 3 guys were there inviting me to try and reach the planet, everyone on the globe was attemping the same so i said yea out of fear no one else would ask me, the group was 2 guys nicknamed emenim (like the candy) not the rapper, and one guy i disliked alot, then we ended up at my grandads apartment and i had thought he died but he was in a tub filled with water covered with a towel. I called my mom toñd her then got the guys to help me to his bed, he the started trouble breathing of a min but was fine, then we left

we drove around super fast and they stopped to get weed, i had money i forgot about from earlyer so i gave the dealer $20 and then we zoomed off to a competition and i didnt get my weed i thought i had payed for but we were too far so i stayed shut. We then saw a bunch of animated cartoon balloons that were part of the alien race, my guess is that they didnt want to intimidate us humans. We go to the starting like and they made me get out cause they were racing on a motor bike so i was given a motor powered scooter, i aimlessly zoomed through trying to figure out where to go.

I’m entering a house with other guys because the goal is to steal some valuable things. The owner of this house is known to be a girl. Some random unknown girl.

As we enter I’m given a fake red swiss army knife to use. I use the knife to threaten the girl to let us in the house and she makes way for my group to go in.

As we are scanning the rooms I think about what valuables to take. I entered her room and I saw 8 puppies. They were like small rottweiler puppies and colours varied white light brown and black.
As i’m scanning around what to steal (while my group in the background are looking around the other rooms) the idea of snatching the puppies and possibly hurting this girl’s feelings just hits me hard and I start crying. Thinking “How could I steal 8 puppies from someone? How could I think of stealing 8 puppies? That’s just too much” the puppies are just playing around while the other half are sleeping lying on themselves.

I call off the house raid and the dream ends.

I’m not a person to steal nor can I hurt someone else. I’m crying as I type this and remember the events.
