I met a girl who I’m pretty sure shapeshifted

I was in a school hallway when I saw a girl who kept staring at me lasering me with her eyes, so I approached her. She was Asian with short curly hair and we started a conversation while I walked her to class. We must’ve been close because I had my arm around her and she smiled the entire time. When we got to her class, i realized it was a swimming class. I looked around away from her for minute to observe, all was normal. Then I looked back at her saying bye as I walked away and behold she was black with dreads. I woke up like wtf lol

I’m accepting any and all opinions this was a weird dream for sure

I dreamt that my male ginger cat, who has been dead for 3 years, came back and gave birth to 3 black kittens, what could it mean?

I was in my parents' living room, except it was grey and foggy, and almost comforting to be in. I heard a voice saying "Red (my cat) is about to have kittens!"

So I went to the sofa, where, lo and behold, I had missed the birth, and instead I saw Red purring and cleaning the kittens.

There were 3 kittens, all black. I remember naming them Knife, Fork, and Spoon. The kittens were very heavy to hold, and incredibly fat. And they were hairless.

The rest of the dream was just me helping Red out with his kittens. It was really strange, because it felt so real, I could feel everything I touched, I could feel Red's fur, I could feel the warmth from the kittens when I held them.

When I woke up, I had completely forgotten that Red has been dead for 3 years, and I laid awake for 30 minutes just thinking about where Red could be, until it hit me.

I just found it really odd, because the feeling of being in the living room in my dream was a feeling I've never felt before, and it was a place I didn't want to leave.

Last year, I had a similar dream about another dead cat, Mumi, who died a few months before Red did. In that dream, I was back at my parents' house, and met Mumi. Mumi was friendly at first, but suddenly consumed all light inside the house, and became a demonic shadow figure, who started chasing me. I have a feeling it was the exact same house, as the one where Red had the kittens. I know it was my parents' house, but it was like the same version of the house. And when I looked outside the living room and into the hallway, I could feel a presence.

What could this possibly mean? Should I contact a psychic or a psychiatrist?

Waking up in a dream

This is something that’s been happening to me recently and I was wondering if I should be concerned. A while ago, I started forcibly waking myself up if I had a nightmare or a dream that was disturbing or uncomfortable. This usually happens at a point where the bad thing already happened or is about to happen, so I’m almost awake anyway (in which case I regain feeling in my fingers and tap them together until the rest of me becomes conscious) or I’m aware of the fact that it’s a dream and mentally force myself to become conscious.

I don’t know if that’s bad to do, but apparently my brain doesn’t like me doing that because recently when I’ve tried to do this, it happens in the dream and then my brain tries to convince me that I’m awake and the bad thing is still going to happen or other weird dream stuff still happens until I wake up.

In my most recent dream which I just woke up from, I tried to force myself awake using the finger tapping thing, and I woke up in my room but the layout was slightly off, but I kept trying to convince myself I was awake. It wasn’t until I ran into a bunch of cat elephant hybrids in my hallway that i realized I wasn’t in my house and I was still dreaming, then I actually woke up.

I usually wake up in the middle of the night and don’t go back to sleep after (or at least for some time) because I don’t want to risk experiencing whatever was happening or going to happen, so it causes me great distress to no longer have a way out of those situations but I really just wanna know if anyone else has experienced something similar.

Had a strange, but what I think is a meaningful dream relevant to my life last night

So last night, really the morning actually considering I stayed up until 6 am since I was playing a game with my buddy until then, I had a pretty interesting dream. Most of the time when I dream they’re so bizarre and make absolutely no sense whatsoever, but this one was different... I only remember bits and pieces, but something that’s been on mind since I woke up was this... Well before I get into it’s description let me give you a general background of where I am now. I’ve been out of high school for 4 years now, on my way to finishing my degree in forensic chemistry. I’ve kinda picked up vaping now recently in the last couple of months or so. Let me tell you how this relates to my dream. So I dreamt I was back at my high school, which by the way I absolutely dreaded and was one of the worst and darkest times of my life and I’ve never been more happy than to be out of there, but in it I was in one of the hallways and along with me was a bunch of old teachers as well as my mother as she worked at the High-school as the cashier for the cafeteria. I can’t quite remember who was all there exactly except one teacher in particular. My favorite teacher in fact, my global social studies teacher and for some strange reason I was on stilts or something that made me substantially taller than everyone in the hallways. Also keep in mind, I’m a very short guy in real life, only 5’3”. I went over to him and asked him how he’s doing and it’s been a while all the formalities. After that I give him quite a weak handshake when usually I give pretty firm handshakes in real life. Also, I was carrying a vape (a Hyde) but it was unusually very long and extended to almost the floor in a banana like shape. My mother tells me that’s a bad habit and I need to stop. That’s really all I can mostly remember. One last thing, (this is in real life and actually happened now) me and my old buddies from high school, one who’s now my roommate were talking about high school and they mentioned how much they miss it and loved it but I got annoyed hearing that so I left the room considering it was a bad memory for me, but we did mention my favorite teacher and I found out he was actually a big party guy almost like a college kid which I had no idea until then. He’s a pretty young guy for a teacher so it makes sense. Anyways, does anyone who’s a professional therapist or psychologist or anyone in general that ha thoughts on this matter know what this dream could have possibly meant or decipher about me or my life whether it’s of the past or present?
