Dream hallucinations?
So lately (last few months) I’ve been having super bad problems sleeping. I’ve always had problems falling asleep, but not like this. I won’t fall asleep till around 5 am most nights.. I just lay there with my eyes closed and sometimes I start to hallucinate I guess. I don’t know what I’d actually call it. But it’s like I’m dreaming without being asleep and I know I’m not sleeping and that it’s not real.
Last night I fell asleep around 8 pm and woke up around 1 am... tried to go back to sleep. I laid there with my eyes closed until around 4:30 am. Couldn’t sleep. But something happened to me that I’ve never experienced before.
I heard a baby crying.. and I was super creeped out cause there’s no babies in my house. I opened my eyes and still heard it and suddenly I had this super loud noise like air or something in my ears and the sound went away and I realized “holy shit, that wasn’t real!!” I also heard a noise before that, sounded like really loud squeaky car breaks and then 8 loud bangs. I thought it was real, but after the baby thing happened I’m convinced that wasn’t even real...
Also, I looked at the vent on my roof and thought that it just fell out of the roof. Until I realized that it’s dark and I can’t even see...
I don’t know why this is happening to me or what this even is..

Hi, it’s 3pm now and I’m still kind of paralyzed by this dream pls help understand. Even cats were frightened by the energy this morning. going through some kind of spiritual awakening
So, I woke up with that weird feeling something must be wrong, then I saw that the light was turned on downstairs - I spent the night by myself, my partner decided to spent the night at his workplace. I was kind of scared and wanted to get up to turn it off but then my cat lay down on me to cuddle and I decided to wait until she had enough and would leave. Moments later I realized the light was turned off again!! Our second cat came upstairs and looked very frightened! I got really scared and decided to get up later, that thought seemed to soothe me. I fell asleep, So now what happened in my dream was that weird things would happen in our house, noises, floating objects. In that dream my partner was at home but our home looked a little different and I was trying to scream desperately to show him but there was no sound coming out of my mouth! Then I tried to to film with my phone what was happening but it didn’t work.. Then I heard a very loud buzzing in my ear, which happened quite often lately in wake life but not that intense.. I don’t even know if that buzzing ringing was in my dream or real, I remember screaming and I honestly don’t know if I might have really screamed in “reality”. So, when I was fully awake I got up immediately, going downstairs and realizing the light was turned on - again !!
I’m really confused. As mentioned I’m going through a spiritual awakening but I have no idea what this might have been. Srsly grateful for any thoughts on that. I still feel very drained, energetically tired and can’t seem to let go. It keeps make me feel down .. tried yoga and high vibe meditation.

My aunt that passed away came to say her last goodbye in my dream
So a week ago my aunt passed away after fighting two months in a coma, cause my pneumonia. I can’t say I’m sad and I haven’t mourned her passing like most people. I am a spiritual person, so I believe she’s gone home, back into the totality of the universe, where we all come from. More than anything I’m just grateful I had the privilege to get to know here and love her, especially because she took care of me all the time I went to visit.
I wasn’t able to attend her burial ceremony, since I don’t live in the same country as her. But I’ve definitely been thinking of her the past days and all the great memories we made over the years.
Two nights ago, in a dream, I appeared at her house. I am aware she passed away so I go look for my uncle (her husband). I find him inside his room and I give him a strong hug and I tell him, “I’m so sorry for what happened, I love so much uncle.”
Then I walk outside the house onto the patio. My phone began to ring, and I pick up. On the other end somebody asks me about a friend like, “What did Mike say?” At that point I’m confused, and I as I tried to talk I say, “hello, anybody there?” No response, only noise so I hang up.
As I ended the call I see my aunt walking out from inside the house with a container filled with dishes or clothing. She walks pass me and says, “Hi son, I’ll be right there with you in a sec.” At that moment, I’m shocked, I look at my mom and ask, “does she know?” Referring if my aunt knows what happened to her and that she’ll depart this reality. My mom replies, “yes she does.”
Also I must mentioned that her body was beginning to turn like black matter. It looked like black roots had began covering her body from here feet, kinda like the roots of a tree. Only that the roots where coming from the ground.
A little while later I see my aunt in the kitchen, and my mom calls me in and tells me my aunt is ready to see me. At that point I’m a little scared and nervous. So I walk into the kitchen and I make I contact with my aunt. She looks at me and ask, “Son, do you love me.” I replied, “of course, I have always loved you and I will always love you. No matter what happens or where you go, I will forever love you.” And then I tell her, “don’t worry, now you have become pure love, the strongest energy there is in the universe.” I hug her and she starts crying. At this point my aunt has three eyes, the third eye in the middle of her forehead.
It was so intense, it felt so real. Shortly after I wake up, and my heart is racing.
I really don’t know what her having a third eye meant. But I feel like she did visit me on the dream state, the astral dimension. I strongly believe she came to say her last goodbyes.

Not sure if anyone has such experiences before. I’d be interested to hear your take on this and what you think it meant.
Thanks for reading.

False awakening with a strange woman
Hear me out. Idk who to ask for help on this. But I’m scared. A year ago at my old house, I had this scary dream. It wasn’t super complex. I was laying in my bed when my tv disconnected and it started making that staticy sounds? Like the fuzzy grey screen. Anyways the loud noise jolted me ‘awake’ and when I opened my eyes, there was this faceless woman standing next to me. With long dark hair. I was scared so I closed my eyes and tried to wake up again. When I did she was still standing there. I woke up about 8 times that night until a actually woke up in real life and she was gone.
A year later I’m asleep in my new apartment. As I was asleep I had taken my dogs outside. As I was walking them, I saw her in my window. I tried to wake up. I ‘woke’ up in my bed the time was around 10:20 am but it was pitch black outside. I looked on my couch and there she was. Sitting there staring at the tv. I closed my eyes and tried to wake up again. When I finally did I checked the time it was now 11:40 pm. I knew that was still wrong because I fell asleep the night before at around 11 pm. I looked on the couch and she was still there. Only this time she got up and started walking towards me. Whispering something I couldn’t understand. I started crying. She started saying something in my ear in a language I’ve never heard before. I begged her leave me alone. I was screaming and crying. I heard a distance male voice tell me to wake up again. So I did. Only this time I actually woke up at 6:06 am. She was gone and everything was normal again.
I have yet to see her face. Idk who she is and why she’s constantly following me. Is this all my imagination or is there more to it. I’m scared to sleep again. Please, any advice?
