What are possible meanings for dreams of pyramids?
A pyramid is essentially a three-dimensional triangle, and a triangle can symbolize anything that comes in threes, such as a love triangle or the Trinity.
However, the possibilities for symbolism can get much deeper because a triangle is also how an archetype is modeled, with its positive polarity represented at one bottom corner, and the negative polarity across from it. These opposite polarities are said to be in conflict, basically what’s meant by the term “bipolar.” In Jungian psychology, it’s referred to as the conflict of opposites, and the goal is to transcend it. Transcendence is symbolized in many esoteric traditions as the All-Seeing Eye, or Eye of Horus, which sits atop the pyramid.
In dreams, these ideas manifest as opposite characters or ideas and conflicts between them.
Archetypes are deep structures of the psyche. See: Psyches
For our purpose, the point is that if you dream about a pyramid, you might be seeing the structure of your psyche. It’s quite common to dream about the psyche because a central purpose of dreams is to show movement and development in it.
Dreams featuring monumental pyramids tend to connect in some way with power—personal or other power. They’re symbols of power for the rulers and societies that build them.
Dreams can use a pyramid in relation to the belief that they’re used for burials, and that association can connect with any subject related to mortality and death. See: Burying, Death, Cemeteries
The massive size of some pyramids can be used to create symbolism, such as for having a huge amount of respect, looking up to someone, idolizing, or placing on a pedestal. See: Hugeness
Climbing a pyramid can symbolize “reaching for the top,” meaning being the best or the top dog; it can have the same symbolism found in the phrase “climb the mountain.” It can symbolize the steps to reach a “peak” position or to achieve a lofty goal.
A pyramid that crumbles can symbolize an authority or power structure that crumbles.

Another life?
I had a dream where I was in the body of a commander of some kind. It was me, and 5 others inside a doom like building landscape. We were fighting off what I can only guess was a giant ball of flesh rolling at us. At some point I retreated outside while the others fought the ball. Outside looked like a silhouette of a city with the horizon glowing green as if the sun was green. I ran into pure darkness, and came across a panel. I stopped, flipped open a button case, then slammed my fist on the button. Immediately afterwards i was impaled through the chest by a pyramid like object, and then i woke up. Is there any kind of interpretation for this?

Lots of Symbolism, but Difficulty Interpreting
Posted this in the recent Ask Reddit thread (I think,) but thought I’d actually get some feedback from you guys. On mobile, and too lazy to figure out how to link the original post 😬. Copy paste I chose, my friends, so have at it!
For reference, a few others over there had a similar dream, but theirs stopped where mine started.
Ya’ll - almost the same dream, sans the group and the jungle. I ended up reaching a 3 tier Mayan Step pyramid in a field of the greenest grass you can imagine. I say it is related, because the atmosphere was similar to what you described, and given that it was a Mayan temple/pyramid, it had to have been surrounded by a tropical location which would require a machete. ANYWAY - there was a silhouette of a man (scaramoush scaramoush will you do the fandango?) pointing to a full moon that rose above the pyramid from the abyss-like darkness comprising the sky of this dreamscape, lighting the world below.
The pyramid became illuminated with the colors green, red, and gold, which were outlining each tier of the 3 step architecture. The man remained pointing, two fingers raised directly at the moon from his outstretched arm, and turning his head abruptly to face me once the moon reached the summit of the Golden Step. The man was outlined in the same green as the base step. The 3 colors were glowing, all the while further illuminating the ground, separating it from the abyss, further drawing attention to the facade of the structure as an undeniable allusion to its greatness/significance, which escaped my wakeful mind, other than the feeling of it HAVING some deeper meaning, and leaving me with a sense of motivation.
Now what on earth does this mean? Anyone have any thoughts? I’ve searched far and wide, but have found nothing that truly delineates the combination of all these symbols’ significance.

My Dream (10/21/19) - The Ice Lagoon and the Bear
This is my first time posting here, but the dream I had last night was so vivid and had so much imagery, I felt compelled to share it.
I found myself swimming in a small arctic lagoon, with ice edges rimming it. It seemed isolated, remote. As I dove under the surface of the water I could see the light scattering across the shallows. As I looked towards where the light faded, I could see it disappear into the depths of an abyss that looked impossibly deep. So deep, that I immediately had a feeling of thalassophobia (fear of deep, dark water) come over me, even though I’ve never had a problem swimming in other deep oceans or lakes. It made me super uneasy. As I got out of the water and onto land, I noticed something. I don’t know how I noticed it, whether it was by sight, or sound; I locked eyes with a massive bear. I can’t remember whether or not it was a polar bear or a grizzly bear, but it was fucking massive. I immediately feared for my life and tried to scream at it, but nothing came out. Just a whisper of a scream.
It was dead still but I still looked for something with which to ward it off. As I searched the ground, I found a piece of obsidian in the shape of a perfect pyramid. It had some mass to it - probably as much as a baseball. I threw it as hard as I could and I plunked it right in between the eyes. It let out a roar and immediately started coming after me. I debated whether or not to jump back in the water or try and run on land. I don’t know if it was my fear of the lagoon or a thought that bears can swim faster than I can, but if I was going to get attacked by a bear, I’d rather be on land than in the water.
I ran, but moved slowly. Tried to scream again. Nothing but a faint whisper. In the last moments as it ran full sprint towards me I resented my decision to not stay in the water and dive down to the depths to hide. I made one last attempt to throw a rock at it and missed. The bear made its final move at me, swiping with its paw; I kicked my leg out in self defense and awoke in my bed startled, just having kicked the bedsheets off with only my right leg.

I had an apocalyptic dream about the solar eclipse last night
It started with a large group of people (including myself) being teleported to a desert. I think it was at the pyramids in Egypt. Everyone was confused but I saw the solar eclipse starting and I pointed it out. When it reached totality a sudden stillness permeated through the air. All of a sudden I saw another sun appear out of the corner of my eye, and then it slowly reached totality just like the other one. Another appeared and did the same thing. Another, then another, rapidly fading into existence and each undergoing its own eclipse until they filled the whole sky. The Earth took on a red tinge and started to shake violently halfway through. It looked like the SCP-001 day break scenario, coupled with an overwhelming sense of impending doom. It was truly the end of the world. I saw people collapse onto the cold sand devoid of life. They were grey and empty. I felt like I was vibrating away like sand vibrating on a speaker, except it was my soul vibrating into nothingness, or was it spreading out amongst everything? I started to become gradually numb throughout my whole body, it was like the numbness was filling up like water being poured into a cup. The intense pressure felt like the ultimate vibe check. I then desperately and with all the hope I could muster, “No! This is not how I die!” Suddenly, a huge commanding voice boomed across the sands and as well into my mind, “You have successfully resisted this temptation and thus are rewarded with three wishes.” Now I’m not religious but at that moment I knew it was an extragalactic deity or quite possibly the universe itself speaking to me with the utmost truth. I made my wishes subconsciously and saved the rest of the people from this rapture. I don’t remember the other two but I think I woke up before I could see their results. I looked around the room and just see my black cat Kida stare at me in the dark before turning and silently walk away.
