A Streetcar named "Sow Milk"

27, male, gay, kind of lost since my break up 1 1/2 years ago, struggling with mh issues which makes everthing more difficult. I used to be very easygoing, and extroverted and now I ask myself:"Where did all that go?" - I really don't know.

Last night I had a dream that took place in a snowy landscape. It looked like Siberia in soviet times, that was the vibe I was getting. Outside was nothing but a few hills and a forest nearby all covered in snow. I also remember that there were some objects buried under the snow, like rusty playground structures, a swing, a roundabout and a car wreck. there was a blocky concrete building. Not a house, it was open to the sides, it was a station with one platform and a single railroad. My memory is very blurred, unfortunately it's very hard for me to recall the stuff I dream, but here is what I do remember: I wasn't alone, I was with a group of people. I don’t think I knew them, they were dressed very warm but real worn out shmattes. They have been waiting there forever trying to get on the transportation vehicle which was pulling in there infrequently and at random times. To be allowed in one of the few two-seated vitreous gondolas which were pulled by some sort of a railroad engine (it looked sci-fi-ish and dystopian) was very hard. Not only one would have to be there in line the second when it arrived (which could be suddenly out of the blue after months or even years of absence), your name also has to be on a list, the conductor would check before letting anyone in. To get a seat seemed to be a very intransparent and complicated process. The riff raff, who didn’t appear very sophisticated, and after camping there for so long got savaged a bit, followed me everywhere I went, as if they hoped that I could figure something out. No it gets cryptic. I started exploring the area while the people told me about their situation there. I went in a car wreck, where a living sow was. I started milking it. I was a bit repulsed, why I can’t really tell, (maybe it’s a jewish thing). In real life I probably wouldn’t have a problem with it, however in the dream I found the watery milk I got out of that swine kind of disgusting. With a bucket full of sow-milk I got to the platform, where I waited for the monorail. When it arrived I showed the conductor the milk, and this seemed to be an accepted currency for the purchase of a ticket or something. He allowed me in, I took my seat and off it went through the snowy mountains leaving this strange sight.

What could that all mean? Is there a something known about the symbolic of milking a sow?

Dream where I was told by "Lilith" the spiritual purpose and meaning of the current pandemic. Extremely realistic, extremely disturbing and I woke up crying. READ

My dream was like this. I was on a dirt path with a flat landscape surrounding me similar to nd Ireland. The sky was cloudy and orange and cast a strong shadow over the area. To my left was a tall, pale, red headed woman named lilith. In front of me where some 20-30 cages with animals and people inside. The people were manically laughing whilst torturing and needlessly killing the animals around them for fun. I yelled for them to stop in my dream and I yelled "what an injustice, these people are psychotic" they are killing themselves and all the animals around them. Then she looks at me and tells me "this is why this had to be done referring to (the covid pandemic) to stop you humans from continuing your destruction, she said, "this is payback time" and I was traumatized by what I had seen my fellow humans doing to the animals and to themselves and I woke up and cried for an hour straight it was SOOO realistic. I am properly creeped out.

Dream about torturing a cat

The dream starts off at a hangout spot of sorts. It’s a rundown place in the countryside that me and me dad go and hangout and talk.

I can’t remember how but I now have a cat and I am beating it nearly to death, as I beat the cat, it turns between a cat and a rabbit. I then walk to the other room and wait. I do this 3 times and on the 3rd, I decided to kill the cat. I pick up the cat (which is now a rabbit) and bring it outside to shoot it. The rabbit turns into a cat and I drop it, it runs away but runs back to me. I grab it and then I woke up.

I oddly didn’t have a scary feeling during the dream and went about it as if it was normal. It’s a peculiar dream but I feel it meant something

Help me solve this riddle from last night’s dream

I am a vivid, linear dreamer who suffers regularly from hypnagogia, sleep paralysis, and night terrors.

Last night, I had a long, linear dream that mirrored an epic/fantasy. I was on a fantastic/strange continent across which I traversed to solve a riddle. At the base of the mountain, I found a relief in a mound of rocks with a treasure box. Inside was a scroll of parchment. When I unrolled it, these are the words I found:

_________ are the map...
_________ is the key.

Solve the riddle, and you will be rewarded your greatest wish and the influence over 1000 suns.”

Along with a companion, I traveled many landscapes, met many fantastical persons and creatures, as I attempted to fill in the blanks within the riddle. In a forest of twisted/gnarled trees, in an owl’s hole at the heart of a grand old oak, I found an object that was a puzzle that needed to be solved, like a rubik’s cube but made of stone and fewer columns to align.

When I solved the puzzle, the stone crumbled to dust. Inside was a femur bone around which was wrapped another scroll of parchment. It said:

“Skeletons are the map...
_________ is the key.”

After more journeying with my mysterious companion, I discovered another puzzle on which was written the final missing word to the riddle. I felt a grand oneness, because the whole riddle together made perfect sense, and I knew exactly where to go to achieve my goal.

Sadly, I woke, and I could not remember the word that filled the final blank, and the oneness I felt from the solution entirely fell apart. It has been haunting my waken self ever since.

“Skeletons are the map...”
What is the key?!

Any thoughts or insights?

The Desert Crossing

I was stood under the sweltering heat of the sun, feeling it reflect off the golden sand beneath my feet. I was atop a sand dune with a red clay coloured mountain range to my left, but my destination was a mile ahead.

I descended the sand dune and began my crossing. Half way through the crossing I came upon a beastly creature. Perhaps half scorpion, half cockroach, only it was the size of a large car. It was sand coloured to help it blend in with its surroundings. Acid dripped from the corners of its vicious, deadly mouth. A true predator.

I paused, not knowing what to do. It noticed me. The beastly insect turned slowly and eyed me up. It began to glide towards me, it's multiple gangly legs moving in unison. It turned out I had had an axe with me the entire time, so I held my weapon and prepared myself for a scrap.

The creature stopped ten feet away. It reared its head upwards, paused briefly, and then spat a gallon of poisonous acid at me. I reacted quickly, rolling to the right. The acid missed me only by inches. I picked myself up and charged to its flank, closing the ground between us. One step, two step. Halfway there. Three step. The creature reared its ugly head once more. Four step and I was there. The beast tried to turn it's long body around to meet me, but it wasn't fast enough. I swung my axe, delivering a swift uppercut of razor sharp carbon steel. I breathed for the first time, I realised, in 30 seconds. After a brief pause to get my breath back, I carried on with my journey.

As I was nearing my destination, I heard the pitter patter of feet behind me, getting louder. My head darted to over my shoulder. Wolves. A pack of them, on my tail. I burst into a sprint. The wolves were a lot more nimble at navigating the rocks and sand of the arid landscape than I. They were gaining on me.

I stumbled around the corner of a mountain, the change of direction throwing off my balance slightly, to find my destination greeting me. A small, nondescript white building, perhaps in a traditional Spanish stucco style. I leaped through the doorway, quickly slamming the door shut behind me, before collapsing against it. A slight smirk crept across my face. Safety.

----

Had this dream last night. I quickly jotted it down in the morning. I tried to be as accurate to the dream as possible while painting a better picture of its atmosphere rather than just sharing what happened. What do you think? How was my writing?
