What are possible meanings for dreams of husbands?
When your husband is a character in the dream (presuming you have one), a good first guess is the dream is about something related to the person or your relationship. The most common dream themes usually center around what you do most and whom you see most in your daily lives. They also focus on our emotional lives. Your husband is likely to meet those criteria and be a frequent character in your dreams.
The door is wide open for areas of life addressed by a dream featuring your husband. The entry for Sister shows how to analyze dream characters based on people close to you. Begin narrowing down the possibilities by reviewing everything that happened the previous day involving him, including your thoughts and feelings.
You can dream about wanting his attention, sometimes symbolized as following him around, calling his name, or calling him on the phone. See: Phones
You can dream about your finances, probably featuring details such as banks and money. See: Money, Walls
You can dream about your sex life, complete with beds and bedrooms and as scenes that depict intimacy or hint at it. See: Beds
You can dream about his fitness as a provider and father. See: Fathers
You can dream about his health. Doctors, nurses, and hospitals are commonly featured in these dreams. See: Doctors
If he has cheated on you or you suspect him of cheating, it’s likely to come up in your dreams. Keep in mind, he’s a character in your dream, and if that character cheats, it’s part of the story, not necessarily something that’s actually happening. Usually, cheating is symbolism. See: Infidelity
Dreaming about your boyfriend in the role of husband can be a “dress rehearsal.” Is he “husband material”?
Close relationships can be akin to marriage, in which case the unfamiliar husband character could be a surrogate for a male in your life, such as a friend you spend a lot of time with, someone you feel close to.
The dream character that looks like your husband may be a projection of something about yourself and have nothing to do with him. Something about him is used to tell a story about you.
For example, he doesn’t like to talk about his feelings, and yesterday you resisted a friend’s probing of your feelings. You then dream about your husband being kidnapped and interrogated, an exaggerated way of describing your situation. The actions and details with him in the dream describe what’s going on with you.
What if you dream about a husband and the character is completely imaginary? It’s obviously symbolic. A husband is someone you are committed to, and as a dream character it can symbolize being committed to something such as a cause, project, spiritual pursuit, or your job. See: Weddings
A husband can symbolize the masculine principle, known as yang. Everything in creation is made of opposites, expressed as masculine and feminine, and yang encompasses everything traditionally masculine. It’s the giver to yin’s receiver, the sun to yin’s moon, and it’s the best way to understand your relationship with your animus, because you’re actually relating to the masculine archetype of the unconscious mind. The subject speaks to the deepest reaches of your being and processes going on outside of conscious view. See: Animuses
Finally, a husband might represent your ideal, or a cultural ideal. Dreams can act as simulations to help you figure out what you want in a husband and how to find him. They ask, “What if it really happened? Would you think the same way?” You might find that your ideal is not what your heart wants. See: Boyfriends
These possibilities really only scratch the surface. Use the entries below to explore further, especially: Boyfriend, Groom, Man.

Weird dream sign from God?
My husband and I (both 28) have been married for 10 months. We have decided to try for a baby and its been 3 months so far. I was on the pill for 14 years and heard women on the pill that long are usually fertile right away. I'm feeling discouraged because everyone in both of our families got pregnant right away and it seems like it's taking so long for us. We got a house, got married, have good jobs, got all the toys we wanted, got our traveling out of the way and now it still hasn't happened. My cousins and sisters are unstable and don't have serious relationships but yet they all have kids. I pray to God a lot but don't go to church so I'm not super religious but I do believe in a higher power. I pray and ask for God to do whatever is meant to be. If a baby is supposed to be for us please let it happen soon. But if it's not supposed to happen then I don't want to go through a miscarriage or something. Last night I only slept 3 hours and woke up off and on and Everytime I fell back asleep I continued the same shitty dream. I dreamt my husband cheated on me with his ex and left me for her. In my dream I was saying how it was a sign from God thats why we never had a baby that he knew this would happen and didn't want a baby to be in that mess. I'm trying to not cry about it right now but I am. Is this a sign from God it's not meant to be? But I'm trying to be positive. Should I be happy that it's not true and that's not the situation? I suffer from anxiety and depression and I've been doing so good until lately. Now today its very bad.
A little back story.. when we first got together about 6 years ago he did cheat on me and I punched his face and left his ass immediately. He begged and did everything I wanted to get me back. I dated people and kissed guys all in front of him. He paid for expensive stuff for me cuz honestly I was just trying to use him.(yes I know very toxic) About 6 months of me using him and him sticking around I gave him another shot and here we are.many years later. Happy as can be with 2 fur babies, some chickens, a boat, a big house, nice cars and I'm so spoiled everyday. I love him so much and I know he loves me but that dream really fucked me up. Idk what I'm looking for. I wish I could just talk to God but I guess reddit is all I have right now. P.s. none of our families or friends know we're trying for a kid so I don't wanna vent to them at all. We both come from big families (I'm the oldest of 7 he's the youngest of 6) so it hurts Everytime someone asks when is the baby. And no we're not Mormon or rich at all... just come from ghetto backgrounds. One of the few that broke the cycle, or is at least trying to. I wrote this hours ago and struggled to post it so Thanks to anyone that reads this and has some, hopefully, positive vibes for me.

Flowers growing from vagina and lower abdomen
Hi had a dream that I had vine like plants growing from my lower abdomen. At first, it seems like it was normal and then I started to realize how long they were and then I saw flowers. I was confused but though my seeds must have gotten onto me when I was gardening. My husband saw them and didn’t make a big deal of it. Then I started to pull them off. There were so many and I just wanted to get all of them off of me.
I saw an extremely similar dream in here but it was archived. Since it’s obviously more common, anyone have any insights?
In real life, I have 3 kids, including a 7 month old. My husband keeps bringing up having another baby at some point. For context.

Is my third eye opening?
I dreamt that my husband and I were getting married again, we were both wearing white and everyone we've ever had a relationship with was there, parents, grandparents, friends, etc. (This is a common dream of mine)
I saw someone on a hill top, a person who deeply wronged me and my husband and pointed out to my husband "Look who has the audacity to show up" My husband saw him and proceeded to get upset.
I lost sight of (the person we do not like) and I got scared and ran into the woods. This is where the dream gets weird because it suddenly got incredibly vivid. I even remarked to myself "Wow, this is a vivid dream."
In the forest there were a bunch of doors, each door opened to another forest. Some were bright and colorful, some were dark and grey. I closed the doors that lead to grey forest and kept going through doors that lead to other vibrate forest.
Eventually I opened a door to a great tree that stood taller than I could see. It's trunk it self was sort of a doorway, a portal to another world. My husband was there waiting at the foot of the tree. "We have to go in together, at the same time."
I asked if "everyone" was there and ready. I only saw the two of us. We agreed everyone was there and jumped inside the tree.
I looked back, not with my eyes but with my mind and saw someone standing at the foot of the tree. I couldn't see their body only a masculine energy, a boy or a man, maybe? I told my husband "We forgot ****??"
My husband looked back with his mind as well and we both saw this person jump through but they were much further behind us. Then I woke up.

I had a dream where Satan and I hung out.
So me and My husband were chilling in a house that was ours, but not our house, and we were reminiscing about the time we invited satan over to hang out. So I said we should invite him again, and we summoned him. He was kinda annoyed at first but I offered him some Cheezits and apparently that’s his favorite. They turned in to candies and samples of sweet things and we played games and ate sweets. Satan was about to leave to go back to work, and I gave him fancy coffee candy samples and he thanked me and left.
Few things to note I guess; me and my husband relationship is a little rocky right now.
I am not Christian and I don’t believe in Biblical mythology.
What could this mean?

Big white OWL in my dream??
Hi everyone!
In my dream I was at kitchen with my mother and my husband. Then we’ve seen a giant (about 2 ft) white owl standing behind our glass door staring at us.
I was sitting at the desk with my husband and the owl suddenly appeared near the desk inside our house and was staring at me. I normally am very scared of animals so I was scared in my dream as well. My husband got away from the table and was happy and chill as always. I was panicking and asking for his help.
The owl was still and constantly staring at me. I tried to get him away from me but couldnt succeed. Then I slightly petted him just like a dog to make him like me I guess. He was like obsessed with me and didnt let me go.
Eventually I managed to get up from the desk and walk to my husband and the owl attacked me at that point and I woke up with horror and heart beat.
Do you know what it can mean? It says owls represent spiritual things etc but dont know how to interpret. I’m at one of the most depressed times of my life so wanted to ask
Btw I didnt see any owls anywhere in real life, tv etc or talked about them with anyone
