Woke up sobbing from a non-nightmare dream
I (32f) had a dream yesterday where I was cheated on by a person i was in love with (Said person isn't a real life guy and probably is just someone my subconscious conjured). I was in a crowded room with him and the girl he cheated on me with, and as she approached me to apologize, my prideful self left the room. The moment i closed the door behind me i fell to the floor in tears. I woke up sobbing. The tears were real, the sobs were real, and that feeling -- I can only interpret it as sadness, not anger -- was so real that it felt physical. My chest was heavy and weak and this enormous sadness just took over me. I was awake few mins and cried myself back to sleep.
I'm not in a relationship right now and haven't been in years. Being in a relationship isn't a priority right now and I don't consciously feel lonely abt being alone in real life. Got a thriving career which takes up about 99% of my time but lately I've been stressed and unhappy.
I wonder what the dream means?

I remember an interesting dream from my childhood.
I appeared on a small wooden thingy text to the pond. I jumped into the water with open eyes and going straight forward. In the water I saw one mini snake and most of it's body was like the "ears" of a cobra on the sides. I got out of the water when I reached another wooden thingy and I thought "wow, that was freaky.. I won't jump again..." But I stoop up on the wooden thingy and jumped anyway. As I'm driving, the water gets clearer and I saw countless snakes like the 1st one covering the whole bottom of the pond, as much as I can see. As I saw them they changed their direction and started diving up towards me, I freaked out and woke up, after a second when they would've reached me, I felt my whole body get "pinched by ghosts" like the front of my body with tiny spots kind of all at the same time I just felt these weak "shocks". Any idea what it means?

A weird dream about a beautiful girl.
I remember the girl, she was of an african descent. She was very beautiful, fit, curly hair and big beautiful tits. She stood in front of me naked, waiting for me to do something. She wasn't really aroused, but more like enjoyed having me being weak around her. I started touching her breasts and sucking her nipples, but then I thought — why do I do that? Is this really that important? And I just stopped and got back to my other work.

Had a strange, but what I think is a meaningful dream relevant to my life last night
So last night, really the morning actually considering I stayed up until 6 am since I was playing a game with my buddy until then, I had a pretty interesting dream. Most of the time when I dream they’re so bizarre and make absolutely no sense whatsoever, but this one was different... I only remember bits and pieces, but something that’s been on mind since I woke up was this... Well before I get into it’s description let me give you a general background of where I am now. I’ve been out of high school for 4 years now, on my way to finishing my degree in forensic chemistry. I’ve kinda picked up vaping now recently in the last couple of months or so. Let me tell you how this relates to my dream. So I dreamt I was back at my high school, which by the way I absolutely dreaded and was one of the worst and darkest times of my life and I’ve never been more happy than to be out of there, but in it I was in one of the hallways and along with me was a bunch of old teachers as well as my mother as she worked at the High-school as the cashier for the cafeteria. I can’t quite remember who was all there exactly except one teacher in particular. My favorite teacher in fact, my global social studies teacher and for some strange reason I was on stilts or something that made me substantially taller than everyone in the hallway. Also keep in mind, I’m a very short guy in real life, only 5’3”. I went over to him and asked him how he’s doing and it’s been a while all the formalities. After that I give him quite a weak handshake when usually I give pretty firm handshakes in real life. Also, I was carrying a vape (a Hyde) but it was unusually very long and extended to almost the floor in a banana like shape. My mother tells me that’s a bad habit and I need to stop. That’s really all I can mostly remember. One last thing, (this is in real life and actually happened now) me and my old buddies from high school, one who’s now my roommate were talking about high school and they mentioned how much they miss it and loved it but I got annoyed hearing that so I left the room considering it was a bad memory for me, but we did mention my favorite teacher and I found out he was actually a big party guy almost like a college kid which I had no idea until then. He’s a pretty young guy for a teacher so it makes sense. Anyways, does anyone who’s a professional therapist or psychologist or anyone in general that ha thoughts on this matter know what this dream could have possibly meant or decipher about me or my life whether it’s of the past or present?

false awakenings
okay so throughout this past week i’ve been experiencing something very stressful. The first time, I “woke up” to my body shaking. It’s hard to describe but it felt like something was forcing this upon me. I then “woke up” again to this same thing. It happened once more before I actually awoke. Something similar has happened the following nights as well, but last night was the worst. In my dream, I “woke up” and dragged myself out of bed, hardly able to move. I felt terrified, but i’m not sure of what. Crawling to my door, I attempted to scream, but hardly anything was coming out. I tried banging on my bedroom door to get my moms attention from the other room. Next thing I know, i’m “waking up” again. I did the same things, but this time tried clawing at my skin and banging my head on the door, trying my hardest to wake myself up. It happened one more time but this time I was so weak i couldn’t get myself out of the bed. I bit the inside of my cheek trying to wake up but it didn’t work. I guess I eventually fell into a deeper state of sleep. This morning I realized i have bite marks inside my cheek. This entire situation has seriously been freaking me out. Any advice????????
